As the Jewish calendar approaches Yom Kippur, Pastor Eric expounds on the 10 days between Rosh Hashanah and Yom Kippur as a time of extreme self examination for those who are considered to be in the balance of being written in the Book of Death or the Book of Life. Jesus warns the Church of being this intermediate, moderate, lukewarm believer. Pastor Eric reminds the Church that we don't have to operate in the agony of the middle ground because the Christian can experience atonement, a renewal, and a rebirth!! This alone should cause great joy but also an indebtedness to those who are stuck in the calendar cycle awaiting for what Jesus gives us freely, life overflowing!
