Today's guest Wayne Bettany is like a lot of us in life. Extremely active as a younger person but as time goes on the activity reduces and the eating stays the same.

Wayne was an exceptionally talented AFL footballer once kicking 32 goals in one game. He reckons to have Jason Dunstall in your team helps.

When Wayne stopped playing football the weight started coming on and on and on.

Wayne got to 168kg and appeared on national TV in the Biggest Loser to go on his weight loss journey.

Leaving the show at 98kg which is a feat in itself, the roller coaster of weight loss/gain started again.

But this time much worse.

Wayne is on another journey of weight loss. This time starting at 198kg. Following a stroke, Wayne has now made a plan along with personal trainer Shannon from the biggest loser. this is Wayne's story.
