This is what happens when the fourth turning meets fifth generation warfare. A commentator, international social media sensation, and former Navy intelligence veteran. This is Human Events with your host, Jack Posobiec. Christ is...
After 326 days in captivity, hostage Qaid Farhan Al-Qadi was rescued by Israeli commandos. Al-Qadi is only the eighth hostage who's been rescued alive in a military operation. Dozens more are thought to remain in captivity. I am sick and tired of worrying and thinking about the conditions that Keith is in. You feel like you're going to die any minute. They just put the gun in front of your face and play games with you.
The seized plane belonging to Venezuelan leader Nicolas Maduro. Maduro, we should note, is not on board, but the plane was seized by officials for violating U.S. sanctions. After Brazilian Supreme Court justice ordered the immediate suspension of X in the South American country, Elon Musk called the move an attack on free speech.
You can't say that you have one rule for Facebook and you have a different rule for Twitter. They are directly speaking to millions and millions of people without any level of oversight or regulation. And that has to stop. Late County, where the sheriff says a man is under arrest for stabbing a teenager. Investigators say 26-year-old Dimas Gabriel Yanez was taken into custody. Deputies tell us he was in the process of cutting his hair to change his appearance when he was arrested.
and they say you know stabbed a 14 year old girl who was watching her brother's baseball game in lowell over the weekend investigators believe he's been involved in criminal activity since illegally returning to the u.s 28 years old audrey hale born a woman identified though as a transgender man according to police now police say this was a targeted and premeditated attack nashville's police chief said hale had left a manifesto
and they were investigating signs that Hale's transgender identity was somehow intertwined with the motive in this despicable, deadly shooting. Ladies and gentlemen, welcome aboard today's edition of Human Events Daily here live, Washington, D.C. Today is September 3rd, 2024, Anno Domini. The manifesto has been released. For 526 days now, Audrey Hale has been burning in hell.
And today, 526 days later, her manifesto has been released. By the way, if you go to Google and Wikipedia,
Both Google and Wikipedia refer to Audrey Hale as Aiden Hale, both of them. And if you go to, if you type Audrey Hale, go try this right now, type Audrey Hale into your Google box, into your Google machine, and it will spit back Aiden Hale with a almost boyish looking photo. So it's more important for Google to make sure that they respect Aiden.
the preferred pronouns and nomenclature of an individual who murdered and slaughtered Christian children in their school than to actually, you know, you don't want to be offensive. You don't want to offend the mass child murderer. No. But now the manifesto has been released. If God won't give me a boy body in heaven, then Jesus is an F.
If I can't be happy, I am meant to die. No brown girls, no love. Brown love is the most beautiful love. So you're seeing this romanticized idea of not being white and her idea of not being white making her obsessed with brown people.
Brown love is the most beautiful kind, etc. And then also radicalized against Christian. God, I am such a pervert. I waste too much time in my fantasies. The country is not accepting of trans. So now because of you, meaning the country because of America, I wish death upon myself because of the most pure hatred of my female gender. With no rights, anyone's country is a dictatorship.
There's also something very strange here because there's love letters in this thing. There's love letters. In time, we will be together again in a better place when our time is up in this world. I love you. Love, Aiden.
love cannot be real if my autism is love cannot exist if it fails to be him too bad i was loved by your heart too short in time it felt like a dream there's no love there is life and no life these are by the way um audrey hill was 28 so even though these are teenage style writings this was a 28 year old woman the love for you will never end etc look i'm gonna be very clear um
these are demonic writings there's a reason that this person was clearly being acted upon by demonic forces there's a reason they targeted she targeted Jesus directly and these love letters are very very strange very concerning who did she write the love letters to we'll have more on this later in the program human events daily

He's done a great job. All right, Jack Posobiec, we are back live here, Human Events Daily, Washington, D.C. Very excited. Caroline Levitt joins us once more on Human Events Daily. Caroline, how are you? I'm so good, Jack. It's great to see you. Thanks for having me. I will, and hope the family's good. Family is great. Baby had his first plane ride down here to Palm Beach, Florida yesterday, and so we're ready, ready for the final campaign sprint here until November 5th.
baby's first campaign it's so perfect you'll have to it'll be an interesting interesting scrapbook later on but you know looking at that um given the campaign and unfortunately something that i i didn't expect i certainly don't think that you expect or anyone expected to be a political firestorm regarding the i have to ask though the the gold star families
how Kamala Harris has targeted them specifically. We're now seeing Democrats and other leftists target this family. This is inexplicable to me. What do you what do you think exactly that the Harris campaign was thinking in doing this?
I think, frankly, Kamala Harris and her campaign don't have any respect for these brave families who lost their loved ones, their children, their brothers, their sisters in the botched Afghanistan withdrawal that was led by Kamala Harris and Joe Biden. Kamala
Harris has called that botched withdrawal that led these left these 13 soldiers dead a success. She said she was proud to be the last person in the room alongside Joe Biden when they decided on the execution of this terrible plan.
And to this day, Kamala Harris has not reached out to the 13 families who lost their children. Kamala Harris has yet to say the names of those brave US soldiers. President Trump has said their names. President Trump has not only reached out
to the families he has gotten to know them on a deeply personal level, has spent time with them and recently accepted their invitation to honor the three-year anniversary of their death at Arlington National Cemetery. And it is disgusting and vile in the words of these families, not mine, that Kamala Harris has chosen to politicize their deaths and politicize President Trump showing up and paying tribute to these brave fallen soldiers.
It's something that I have to imagine that in a prior time in American politics would be campaign ending. In an earlier era, perhaps, this would be something that would typically be the death knell of a campaign. But I think one thing that I note is interesting, though, Caroline, is that it seems that Tim Waltz, who is a military veteran and tells us so all the time, he's been kind of quiet about this. Why don't you think Tim Waltz has responded to this in any way?
Well, I think Tim Walz is sad for him following Kamala Harris's lead. And he knows that deep inside, Tim Walz knows that Kamala Harris is responsible for the Afghanistan withdrawal, just like Joe Biden was. But to your first point, Jack, about how this should be a campaign-ending offense by Kamala Harris to disrespect Republicans,
gold star families. The reason it isn't in 2024 and the United States of America is because we have a one state media in this country that refuses to report the truth. And our team actually had to proactively beg
reporters in the mainstream media from CBS and ABC and NBC. I have the text messages to prove it. We had to beg them to report on the words of these Gold Star families, the series of videos that they released. The mainstream media wanted to ignore them and pretend they didn't exist. Why? Because they are in the tank.
for Kamala Harris, and it doesn't suit their narrative for her to be seen as who she is, which is an incompetent leader, a failed vice president, and someone who has no idea what they're doing on the world stage, someone who is not fit to serve as commander in chief of our military.
And the fake news didn't even want to report the words and the testimony of these Gold Star families who are still grieving the loss of their loved ones. That in itself is a tragedy. But it's our goal at this campaign and it's President Trump's goal to ensure every American across this country knows that Kamala Harris was responsible for the deaths of these soldiers. And God bless these Gold Star families for having the courage to speak out, not just against Kamala Harris and this administration, but also against the fake news who wants to derail them as well.
Well, amen, Caroline. And of course, we know that Crystal Mulker over at NBC actually lied to Senator Tom Cotton over the weekend saying that Kamala Harris had been there at the dignified transfer. Well, she actually wasn't there. She has done nothing for these families. I think there may have been a tweet up or something like that that I'm sure she didn't actually post. I know you have to run in a couple of minutes, but I wanted to ask, we're one week away from the first
debate in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. I'm from the Philadelphia area myself, as you know, at the National Constitution Center. I've been in many debates there. I fully intend to be, let's just say I'll be around in a week's time up there at the debate. What can we expect from the campaign that night?
You can expect President Trump to dominate Kamala Harris, just like he dominated Joe Biden in that debate that knocked Joe Biden out of the race and installed Kamala Harris as the Democrat Party's nominee. President Trump is prepared. He is ready. And Jack, I'm not sure if you should expect
Kamala Harris to be on that stage on the 10th because now her campaign is toying with the rules that we already set. I think they are trying to find a way to get out of this debate. I think the Harris campaign realizes that she is incapable of speaking without a teleprompter nearby, that she is incapable of explaining
the failures of the last four years that she is responsible for. And her campaign advisors know that Kamala Harris at her core is a radical, dangerous liberal from San Francisco who is wildly out of touch with the vast majority of Americans. And they're very afraid of her getting on that debate stage with President Trump. So I know we'll be there. Will Kamala Harris show up? That has yet to be seen. Caroline Levitt, the National Press Secretary of the Trump 2024 campaign. Thank you so much for your time today. Good to see you, Jack.
As always. Look, folks, that's a huge... That's two, by the way, bombshells that Caroline Levitt just gave us right there. Two absolute bombshells. Number one, the fact that the mainstream media did not want to report on the responses...
from the Gold Star families to Kamala Harris last week. The fact that they had to go and proactively reach out to people who were covering this. So again, they'll cover it all. This is exactly what I said last week, last Thursday on CNN. The fact that CNN spent all day talking about the Gold Star families.
and talking about Trump at Arlington, Trump at Arlington, Trump at Arlington, but then they never actually reach out to the Gold Star families. And when we had the Gold Star mother-in-law of Sergeant Nicole Gee last week,
As to the same question, has the mainstream media reached out to you guys? No, they have not. That's why they had to make their own videos because the mainstream media will attack President Trump, but then not actually talk to the people who are involved in the situation. Then you have this other situation there with Tim Walz, which I just have to say the Kamala Harris campaign, the Harris-Walz campaign is terrified of putting him out there because of his own stolen valor controversy.
That's why he has no military credibility, because he disgraced the uniform he wore when he abandoned his troops on the way to Iraq when they were being deployed and he dropped out of the unit and then went around claiming that he had been a combat veteran afterwards. They know this. They're terrified of this. They are very sensitive to it.
He's talked about all of the memes and stuff that he sees online, so you know that he's been intimately aware of what's been said. That's why Tim Walz has done it, because he knows there are huge questions about his military service as well. Now, in addition, in addition, something that I reported over the weekend, I'll say here again as well, that I'm told by high-level contacts within Kamala World, let's say, that it was Tony West, the...
brother-in-law of Kamala Harris, the husband of Maya Harris, who herself had been a top senior advisor for Hillary Clinton's campaign all the way back in 2016 with ties to John Podesta, that it was Tony Harris who suggested that they make this tweet attacking the Gold Star families.
waiting into controversy that she simply didn't have to do. She could have let it play out. She could have let the media be there and just sort of be, you know, attack Donald Trump for it. But you notice the media didn't talk about the families or the event. They just attacked Trump. This is where they went flat footed. So Jen Dillon, who had been Biden's campaign manager, is now the sort of this vestigial team Biden that's still part of Team Harris.
is on side and of course walls and his his entire campaign team is there as well so you've got this sort of frankenstein uh that is the harris campaign where she's now got a two front shade war that's going on so there's the team biden people that are still around there's the new team harris people and you got the team walls people that are sitting around that's why her campaign has no momentum and that's why it isn't going anywhere then
the second thing that caroline harris gave us as terms of a bombshell huge absolutely huge the fact that kamala harris in one week's time may not actually be appearing at the debate folks if she doesn't appear if she is a no-show then it will show that she is every bit as much of a coward as her running mate is and when he was when he refused to deploy to iraq after being ordered to do so he decided rather to retire from the national guard folks
Going to take a quick second here to tell you about today's episode sponsor. Four years ago, our way of life was turned completely upside down. Think about the timing and how that impacted the economy and our election. Since this January, we've seen lawfare on an unprecedented scale, sham trials, and now even an attempted assassination.

Um, the massive story today, of course, remains this Audrey Hale manifesto, the train of Festo that's come out. We've got Gerald Morgan from loud, louder with Crowder joining us now to break down more Gerald. Talk to me a little bit about the Genesis and how am I the fight that you guys have been in for so long and, and Tennessee star as well, that you've been working together to just get this thing released.
Yeah, it's been crazy, Jack. Thanks for having me on. Obviously, we knew that this was one of the biggest pieces of information that the public was clamoring for. Every time that there was a shooter that came out that may have been a white supremacist or it fit the media narrative about going after guns, of course, the manifestos, any writings that they had, all the motives that they had for the shooting were immediately put out by the media into the public space.
except for this one shooting. And I think we all thought we knew the answer. And then in November, when we were able to publish three pages of the writings provided to us by a source, it confirmed what we all had thought to be the case in the first place, that this person hated Christians, hated the white kids,
was a trans person and had a lot of mental health issues going on that the media just for some reason didn't want to talk about. They just memory hold it and put it away. But that was just the beginning really of the fight publicly because then more information started coming out. And that's where Patrick Leahy came into play.
I guess, kind of prominence with this story specifically that we talked about today, because he was able to legally obtain all of the pages that we talked about today, but was then drawn back into court to try to keep him from being able to disseminate that information and get it out into the public. And the only thing that I can ask is why?
Why don't you want the public to have this information? And from what you see in those pages, it's just more that confirms that so many steps along the way were missed. So many signs were missed. So many people didn't do their jobs. And now I think we're all left to wonder, OK, well, why didn't they?
And I think we know. I think we know. If this had been any other person, if this had been me or you that walked into a doctor's office or had made the kinds of threats that this person had made or had had the kind of mental health issues that this person had,
They would have immediately made a phone call. They would have called the police. There's a duty to report in Tennessee. Right. Specifically, Vanderbilt had information that they were supposed to have reported to authorities about this person wanting to potentially, you know, commit violence and saying that and didn't. And there's there's a bit of a case right now going on to see why that didn't happen. But again, I think it just comes back to trans ideology itself.
you get treated a little bit differently. And fortunately, fortunately, we have the balls and also Patrick Leahy. This is his he's he broke these these pages, but we had the balls to have him on the show today and talk about it instead of just keeping this information in the dark. And for the record, he's coming up right after you. So
Perfect. Support that guy. He's fighting a big fight. So this is a huge piece of it that not a lot of people understand is that Vanderbilt's psychiatric unit had been treating Audrey Hale. And this is something where people don't understand because of the photos that are used.
they don't understand, Audreya was 28 years old and had actually been treated by the Vanderbilt psychiatric unit, if I'm reading this correctly, for 22 years. So since she was about six years old. I know that she had been receiving treatment. I don't know if they were all at Vanderbilt. I know that it was years that they were treating her. I've got his Tennessee star VUMC when she was six years old. Yeah.
Well, and this is the other piece of it, by the way, we mentioned in the show open here that just if you go to the Google box and type in Audrey Hale, it'll automatically change it to Aiden Hale.
Because we can't offend the mass child murderer. You know, we can't offend them even if they go and commit, you know, kill a bunch of white children, including, you know, statements like, I'm going to kill all those crackers. I'm going to kill those crackers with their white privilege. F those crackers and their daddies with their Mustangs, et cetera, et cetera, et cetera. There's no... By the way...
Something else that I'll put out is that I, and let me ask you if you've seen any of this. I haven't. I've been asking a lot of people. I've asked folks down in Tennessee about this. And one of the big questions that I think people had was, is there a possibility that the manifesto has not been released because it may contain allegations of abuse?
maybe abused by the school or someone at the school, had the school tried to cut one of those types of situations. And yet in all of the writings that have been released, including today's writings, I'm not seeing any evidence of abuse or allegations or anything like that. And there are I mean, there are pages and pages and 90 pages on these other notebooks, thousands of pages. There's nothing like that.
Nothing like that. I mean, I understand that that may be a question early on in a case like this, but with zero evidence to point to that, you probably have to move on to other factors. And I think that it's very obvious that when somebody is suffering from mental health issues,
for that many years, 20 some odd years, essentially, of their life, that you can very quickly go, okay, well, maybe this is not just abuse. Maybe this is just a mental health issue that this person is suffering from and take appropriate precautions. One of the things that was said in these new writings that we had access to today, it's a day without a father will be a better day.
I don't believe that Audrey's father was ever alerted to that kind of rhetoric, especially coupled with the threats of violence. So let's say that Audrey Held did not go and shoot this school up.
The father is there and vulnerable. If this person is bent on committing violence, and that was very clear by some of the things that they have said in the media about some of the writings outside of this, then obviously alerting the family and saying, hey, by the way, you probably want to be on guard. Things are a little unstable and violence may be committed against you.
At the very least, that should have been something that happened. And I don't believe to this day that they were ever notified or there's any record of them being notified. Hey, your daughter is a danger to potentially kill you one day in your own home.
Now, I don't know what would have happened, but I do know that this person, Audrey Hale, went into a school and shot three nine-year-olds and three teachers that day. And it's heartbreaking. It's terrible. But there's a lesson that we can all learn from this. I'm a sports guy. And so when college football season starts, I love talking about college football. When somebody does something wrong in college football, like the SMU Mustangs, when they get the death penalty for buying players, essentially, they get made an example of so everybody else fixes their behavior.
What has happened here is that Vanderbilt hasn't been made an example of so that other hospitals across the country don't put on the kid gloves when it's a trans issue and go, hey, hey, hey, we have a duty to report. Make sure you report instead of being afraid of getting sued, instead of being afraid of having somebody be offended that you said, hey, somebody that's got a trans ideology and is threatening violence may need to be reported.
We need people to understand this is a problem. We need hospitals to be able to make the phone call to the police when it's necessary and not shy away from it. And we also need to know, was Audrey talking with anybody else? Are there groups of these people out there that had the same kind of thoughts and are just waiting for an opportunity, maybe waiting for an anniversary of this shooting?
to go out and commit one of their own, all of that would be great for the public so that we can understand how to address the problem better and be safer. And they're depriving us of all of that. Well, and my big question in reading some of the pages that have been released this morning that Crowder put up and what I've seen subsequently, there seem to be love notes or love letters that
At one point, I wasn't sure. Maybe it was like the female gender writing a love letter to the male gender. And it was she was writing them to herself or something. But but as you go through, it actually does seem that, you know, I will see you again someday. I'm not sure what that is, but it does seem to be written to another person, which is
could speak to a lot certainly could speak to a lot of things and the idea potentially that someone else may have known about this prior to this going on again as you say it's a duty to report by the way writing journals and writing these diaries is a key aspect of
therapy uh this is also why ashley biden had wrote her written her diary and so the idea being that you know these are being done as a form of treatment and yet we know there there's schematics of the school being written up no this is not therapeutic these are plans for a you know a horrific terroristic style attack on a school and white children which by the way did occur white christian children were directly targeted because they were white christian children
Yeah, absolutely. I want to kill those kids with the white kids with their golden locks or the golden hair. Like this was obviously targeted at Christian white children. There's some things that were written in here, too, about white nothingness and white privilege, embarrassment of self that Audrey wrote about. And then another one that we didn't talk a whole lot about today, but I think Patrick brought this up, was that she described it in some, I guess, some detail. I haven't read it specifically, an imaginary penis.
and things that she would like to do with that imaginary penis. And so at the very least,
you know that you have somebody who is mentally not capable of making kind of very rational decisions right now, talking about being violent, talking about things that if I brought up or you brought up in conversation, people would naturally be worried about. And it doesn't seem like the proper precautions were taken. So here's the thing. If the natural steps were followed, the proper precautions were taken, release it. Let us know that you did your jobs. And this is one that just got through and unfortunately ended horribly, right?
But if not, then there needs to be accountability. That is what we need accountability in this country for us to be able to trust any institution. I don't know that there's one that I can name that I do trust right now because there doesn't seem to be any accountability. And this doesn't make the case any better, especially when you still hide and do not release this. And when the FBI...
is still wanting this information not to be released. The spiral notebook that contained more about the day of issues that we released two pages of, but there are, I think, around 90, 80 something more pages out there of that. I don't know why they're trying to keep this information from us. I understand it's difficult for the families. And my heart goes out to the families affected by this. I have kids as well. I heard you talking about kids going back to school. I understand that as a father, this would be one of the most traumatic things that I could ever possibly imagine.
But I think my resolve afterwards would be that this never happens to another father again. Anything that we can do to make sure that this never happens to another mother and another father again. Amen. Gerald Morgan, Latterwood Crowder, Michael Patrick Leighton joins us next. Where is Jack? Where is Jack? Where is he? Jack, I want to see you.
Great job, Jack. Thank you. What a job you do. You know, we have an incredible thing. We're always talking about the fake news and the bad, but we have guys, and these are the guys who should be getting policies. All right, Jack, we're back live, Human Events Daily. Producer Faz threw something out in the break, totally reminded me of something that Nashville shooter Audrey Hale said,
had a friend who was killed, a very close friend named Samira Hardcastle, or excuse me, Sidney Sheer Sims. Sidney Shims,
and her other friend was talking about this that she was very close to sydney sheer sims the latter passed away just a few months before the shooting in a car accident and that essentially this was someone she had been very close with and someone who had been killed just a
a few months prior to the shooting. And so the speculation could be that that may be who Audrey was addressing in some of these letters. Michael Patrick Leahy of the Tennessee Star, who fought tirelessly to get this release, joins us now. Michael Patrick, how are you? Great to be with you, Jack, and thanks so much. I think this is the first time I'm on your program. It's a real pleasure and an honor to be with you.
Well, we certainly have to do more of these. Tell me, why was it so hard to get something like this released? It's obviously in the public interest. It's obviously covered under First Amendment. The media puts out manifestos and writings of shooters all the time, pretty much every single time there's an attack. But this one, suddenly it seemed as though you had to move hell and high water to get it out.
Well, you know, we first wanted to get the writings of the Covenant Killer, and there are extensive writings. We've released the last three months of her writings in the 2023 journal, the document that was found in her vehicle on the day of the murders.
We released that today. We'd asked the Metro National Government to release all of her writings, which would be these 90 pages. She had 20 other journals, about 1,000 pages that they found at her house that afternoon on March 27th, 2023. By the way, there was an FBI agent there in addition to Metro National Police Department.
And also, she left behind a spiral notebook in the vehicle, which was more of an operational plan of attack. We wanted to get all of those documents because I think it's in the public interest to understand what motivated this mass killing. And the bottom line is, if you read everything that we put out, Jack,
The problem here is, I think, a failure of the mental health system in Metro Nashville. And, you know, she was been treated by Vanderbilt University Medical Center for psychiatric problems for 22 years. She had, in fact, according to the documents that we obtained from the investigation, legally, by the way,
She had told her therapists that she wanted to kill her father and that she wanted to participate in a mass murder at a school. They failed in their duty to warn, which could have possibly changed things. And so we filed. We wanted to know this. It's in the public interest to understand this.
We filed, we first asked politely from Metro Nashville Police, they declined. So then we filed a lawsuit in accordance with Tennessee Public Records Act. That lawsuit was filed in May of 2023. We also filed a separate lawsuit because the FBI has all these documents as well against the FBI and federal court. The state court basically obtained all of these writings and other documents and reviewed them in camera for a little over a year.
And finally, on July the 4th of this year, ruled that they couldn't be released because there's a statutory exception to the Tennessee Public Rules Records Act, which is ongoing investigation. And then they invented a non-statutory exception, which will be denied on appeal, in my view. That is that they claimed that the copyright of the writings of the killer
who they claimed died and tested were transferred from the parents of the killer to an intervening group. And they have asserted a copyright ownership, even though their ownership is very dubious. They don't have any copyright claim here because that's a federal issue, not a state issue. Nonetheless, the state court didn't release these documents. We've appealed it in the state court. And so, you know, we got them actually
We got these independently, legally in June of 2024 while the state case was going on.
We withheld the publication, even though we had the First Amendment right to do so, for three months. And the reason was, first, we want to let the state court play out. They made a bad decision, which we're repeating. And secondly, because, you know, remember that judge hauled me into court on phony charges of contempt of court, claiming falsely that I violated court order.
When I was hauled into court, she changed her mind, but she could still kind of resurrect that false claim. So we had to have a legal defense fund to cover that possibility. And then there would be still a possibility that there might be a copyright infringement, a frivolous case brought against us.
by the intervening group that claims to own the copyright. Now we are represented by Harmeet Dhillon's group, and we feel pretty comfortable that that frivolous lawsuit would not go anywhere. So it took us that long. Our First Amendment rights have been chilled, but it took us that long to be able to be prepared legally for the onslaught that might possibly happen against us for exercising our First Amendment right. Now, what do you attribute that to? What do you attribute the motive to this behind?
I think there are a couple of motives. As you know, the FBI wrote a memo to Metro National Police Chief in May of 2023. The title of the memo was the three page memo came out of the Behavioral Assessment Unit in Quantico, Virginia. The title of the memo was Protection of Legacy Documents of Legacy Tokens. You may not have ever heard of a legacy token, Jack.
But a legacy token is FBI language they just invented or any writings or social media postings or any documents of a mass murderer.
And in that three-page memo to the chief of police here, they said, you can never release this because there might be copycats, number one. But in addition to copycats, it might have a negative impact on vulnerable groups, i.e. transgenders, right? They also said in that memo, oh, just a reminder, there's a precedent for destroying legacy documents, legacy token. So...
harmful to potential groups so they were worried that the writings could potentially be I don't know found offensive by members of the transgender community and yet we hear directly from these
We see directly from these writings that this act was taken out because of hatred for the world for not accepting transgenderism. Again, we know, by the way, that this shooting took place right around the trans day of violence.
in March of 2023 when the trans community called for a trail or members radical members of the trans community called for this trans day of violence and then immediately after this Christian school was shot up right in Nashville Tennessee I don't think that the motive had to be protecting the public I think the motive was trying to play political games with the lives of our children
I don't disagree. You have to understand about Audrey Elizabeth Hale. First, she self-identified as a transgender male. And you can see in the writings, very troubling writings, she was obsessed with several former middle school basketball teammates. She considered herself born in the wrong body. She fantasized about having an imaginary penis.
that she was going to engage in activities with various women. It never happened, of course. And she said she wanted to have a transgender doctor. There's no indication that she was under any transitional treatment at this time, although she desired to be so. She told her parents,
a couple years before the incident that she wanted to begin the transgender process. She had just turned 26 and she said, well, our insurance won't cover that. And that sort of stopped that. - Clearly done for trans purposes. Michael Patrick Leahy, we have a quick break coming up here, but I wanna thank you so much for your tireless efforts and for being there for these victims in a way that so many have not done. Thank you so much. - And you can help us out legally, tennesseestar.com/donate.
Please, yeah, if you guys need any help, go support the Tennessee Star. Support them for this fight. Go to the Tennessee Star site. Make sure you put this up. I wanted to just very quickly before we go to the break here, we have to talk about the names of the people and the lives that were lost that day. William Kenny, age 9. Evelyn Dykhouse, age 9. Haley Scruggs, age 9. Catherine Kuntz, age 60. Cynthia Peek, 61. Mike Hill, 61. Stay tuned. We'll be right back.
Buzzing in my ear about the boring people at your office. I'm trying to listen to the new human events with Jack Pazubic. All right, Jack Pazubic back live here, Human Events Daily. Wanted to get on Human Events columnist Kenny Cody. Kenny, you've been all over this story. Of course, Tennessee, your home state. Tell me something.
I guess looking at this, does it add to your picture or does it just really provide confirmation for what we sort of already suspected regarding the motives of Audrey Hale, the Covenant Killer?
You know, a little bit of both. I think we already had an idea that she hated Christians, she hated white people. She had been told that this idea of this leftist Marxist fantasy land where her identity would be accepted by Christ, her identity would be accepted by God, her identity would be to hate white people, to fantasize about brown people and
and love, I mean, just all these really strange writings and calling Jesus, you know, these defamatory remarks and insults. I mean, it was truly in the mind of a sick person. And when we read throughout the article by the Tennessee Star, and I thank Michael Patrick Leahy for his work at the Tennessee Star, and please go donate to the Tennessee Star and their work.
we were really revealed to how sick of an individual that she was. It seems like at every single aspect of Audrey Hale's life, she was failed, whether that's in the media that she was exposed to, the people that she was around, her family, her friends, the doctors. It just seems like everyone in her life, at some point, she was failed. And, you know, she's been like, we had found out in the article that she was in therapy since she was
eight years old and they're the i don't think there's any way that in a 28 years old 22 years six years old kenny yes yes my kid is six years old he doesn't need therapy he needs he needs church and he needs prayer and he needs you know uh good parents what kind of parent i what kind of parents are sending their kid to therapy at six years old what i'm
Something's up, man. Something's up here. So Vanderbilt gets the kid at six years old. Vanderbilt keeps her until she's 28 and is still in the psych unit. Is this a case where you've got like a, it's like that book, The Patient, where they've got a rich family and they're keeping them there for their whole lives, and they're just making money off of her, making money off of her parents.
Or, and I'm just going to say it, I'm just going to say it. Did the therapist radicalize her? Did the therapist radicalize her and was the therapist on board with all this gender stuff and pushed her in, you know, had these feelings and rather than getting her on
a stable path pushed her down and radicalized her down this completely insane path with the imaginary penis and Jesus is an F and I deserve a boy body in heaven. By the way, you're not in heaven, Audrey Hale. You're in hell. You're going to be burning in hell for the rest of eternity for what you did. And the, you know, hating whiteness, loving brown, just, sorry, Kenny, just completely insane to me. And I'm sorry. Like, I really do think that Vanderbilt Psych Unit has some questions that need to be answered here.
Well, absolutely. I mean, you gotta think this is the same university hospital that was basically forced by the Tennessee state legislators to stop performing transgender surgeries on minors. I mean, this is the same institution that literally had to be told by government, hey, you have got to quit doing this. This is harming our youth. This is harming those of a young age who are imperishable.
And I think if you look into all the things that Vanderbilt has done, I mean, something has got to stop. I mean, something has to happen. Like you said, Jack, something is going on. We need to figure out what's going on and stop it in its tracks. I mean, there's no reason for a 28-year-old to be in therapy since he was six. There's no reason for a child to be in therapy. In general, there's no reason for that. And from that young age all the way until she was 26 years old, Audrey Hale was failed.
by society. She was failed by her parents. She was failed by the doctors, the therapists, everything in her life. There is no way that she was brought up in the correct way by those that are around her, those who led her. And for this woman to go off and kill
six people at Nashville Covenant School and to not, there'd been no warning signs. And if there was any warning signs and the FBI always says that they had her on her list, then why was it something dumb? Why would she continue to be radicalized by those in her life?
She had this journal. She wrote about whiteness and how she hated her own whiteness, that she hated Christians, that if the Christian and the God up in heaven was not able to affirm her identity, that she was going to be radicalized against Christians, that she was going to be radicalized against white people and fantasize about brown people. These were writings of a crazed person. And this crazed person was led here not by her own chemical imbalance, but by the people around her.
And we need to figure out what is happening in our society where this little girl was radicalized from the times that she was six years old to the time that she was 28. This did not just happen by the snap of a finger. This happened by medical malpractices.
This happened by failure in parenting and happened by society and the people around her failing Audrey Hale from every single aspect that led to this evil killing by her. And you're right, Jack. She is not in heaven where she's going to have access to criticize what Jesus done and not accepting her identity. She is burning because of what she did to Nashville and the innocent lives of those people.
Right, and there's no question, which, by the way, I always get pushed back on when I say that. But look, you know, can God make a decision
and supersede all everything that we do and God makes, of course, obviously. But based on our understanding, when you unrepentantly murder and slaughter children and then are cut down trying to shoot at police officers and you're saying you're doing so because you hate white people, you hate their blonde little locks, that you hate Christians. And by the way, this strange argument
You know, I love brownness. Only brown love is real love. All of these strange things. I just keep going back to this, man. This is a problem of America today. We are over-therapied, over-socialized. And look, Vanderbilt University, Vanderbilt has...
So much power in Tennessee, Kenny. That is a huge aspect of this as well, that they didn't want this coming back on the psych unit. They didn't want it coming back on the university, that she had been there since she was six years old and then went and did something like this. That's the power play you have to look for is that's what they're trying to cover up. The fact that where did she get these ideas? Where did she get who enabled these ideas when she had them? Who had all of these journals and these writings and were asking her to do journals and writings? Oh, it was Vanderbilt.
Exactly. And there's a reason that Vanderbilt was pushing back on this. And there's a reason that they were pushing back on not allowing, you know, by trying to promote minors getting transgender surgeries, they pushed back on this Tennessee state legislature for making them do that and being called out and had to be told to stop. The fact that you have to be told to stop doing transgender surgeries on minors should tell people all they need to know about Vanderbilt University and their medical center.
This is a problem. We have institutions that are literally aligning with delusion. They are aligning with this delusion that we have to perform surgeries on minors. Well, it's a cash cow. It's also a cash cow for them because you get them hooked young, and now you get to inject them with this stuff their entire lives. Kenny Cody, we got to get you back on about this. This is absolutely huge.
Incredibly damning stuff. Vanderbilt University, 22 years. Audrey Hale. Ladies and gentlemen, as always, you have my permission to lay ashore.
