Interviewing is always pretty tough but then they have to go and ask questions like "What makes you happy?". There is not technically right or wrong way to answer open ended questions like this. You could say just about anything and be "correct" BUT you need to approach these questions in the right way.

The right approach is two steps:

1. Show what kind of a human you are.
2. Make the argument that you're the *right" human for the opportunity.
