My third baby just turned 1 year old in the past couple of weeks, so I got introspective and started looking back at our journey in this last pregnancy, birth, and postpartum. I wanted to share my experience because I think it can be so empowering to hear about birth and postpartum from a perspective of joy and anticipation rather than a place of fear. I’m sharing how I prepped for pregnancy, about my pain-free homebirth, and how I nourished + recovered postpartum.
