Today's solo episode is a quick throwback. Last spring I dove back into all things Brene Brown and I love the Man in the Arena quote by Theodore Roosevelt. Opinions are plenty and talk is cheap. Make sure you don't take everyones opinions or advice to heart. Are they doing what you want to do? Do they know you well, and see your strengths? Are they rooting for you?
Be discerning. Putting your creations and ideas out there can be challenging. Surround yourself with good people.
