With her new No muck, No Lotus program she helps us reimagine what our lives and future can look like as women entering a new stage of our lives. And reminds us to schedule time for ourselves to help embody who we want to become.

She bucks the narrative we have been fed and shows us how life is just beginning or at least in the Hump day of our years.

This is such an important conversation and to have women like Kristin to look up to as we embrace aging and decide how we want to show up and envision our lives to look.

Life is an experiment. And mostly she reinstills our capacity for possibility.

This conversation left me feeling inspired.
