Welcome back. So excited to welcome a really good friend and exceptional human to the podcast today. Garett has come on to share openly and honestly about his journey with giving up alcohol and how it has changed his life. That it was more the start to peeling back the layers and coping mechanisms and really coming back to what makes him happy, how he shows up happier and feeling better than before.

I know a lot of people are sober curious or would at least like to drink less. Our society has really trained us how drinking is the only way to be fun, connect with others, and relieve stress. Garett shows us how alcohol isn't always the answer, sometimes it's the exact opposite.
