We sit down and examine the new spending bills and taxes that are being proposed in the US. How much of the agenda will be fostered to actual infrastructure? Or will it be filled with more "pet projects and insider contracts?" Will the spending stop at this juncture, or will another one arise in its wake to address the real issues? Also, we examine the aspects of the departure of the greatest generation. What does this mean in relation to the agenda that we see before us? How does the modern era compare to the dire warnings from our past? And, does another generation rise to take on the problems we now see, and reset the cycle all over again? We ask the questions.
