I shot a house up and I got arrested, and now I am going to to go. I accept IT have changed my life and my own rules, and no longer again. Member, I think all ten years, and I heard nobody in his place.

D, C, L, bill is my. And this, they would rather believe a life than a truth with me, the things that I will give you and show you. And I have proved to, there's a lot of things that people don't know. There's a lot of things that people are heard. I need you to be open minded.

When I sent dillen glass a letter last june asking him to speak with me on the record, i'd really just begun investigating justice case. He's incarcerated at coastal state prisoners savana, georgia, for charges unrelated to this case. I wanted to know who this guy really is.

And here directly from him was he involved in Justin's disappearance and even his death. I figured it'll take a while to hear back from this guy if he does even respond at all. Two weeks later, I was on the phone with him, and he was more than willing to talk to me for the first time. Glass told me he was finally going to lay the whole truth out for the world to here. But truth is, I would learn, can be quite subjective.

Could you imagine sitting in a level file, crazy night place in a last minute, but someone you never really take, and listening to the whole world, how many about you and what you did that should hurts that he hurts men. I told them, people that I never knew that play, I never met IT, but I never seen that. But we ain't even the same plan of people. Do you know that they never believe that?

I had absolutely no idea what to expect from speaking with dealing glass, this guy who even early on in my investigation and research, I had seen and heard a lot about, and none of IT was good drug dealer, gangbanger, thief and thug. The first thing I notice when speaking to deal in is that he seems really worked up. He talks quickly in, you can almost hear heart racing.

He immediately begins overloading me with information, telling me his version of events. So I just let him talk. He came straight out of the gate with telling me that he knows he deserves to be in prison for the crimes he has committed. But that's not why I wanted talk to him. I wanna know about his involvement in this case.

That's another. So what is is the.

When you hear everything that really happened, life IT can blow your man in. People are fok rupp. They don't care about the truth because it's too simple.

They don't want just, I want a conversion, you know, truth, ly said, I don't tell what people saying about me. I want to know what happened is that you do because I want an apology from the world. Now, am I all for playing within people? After all the years?

I told the two, I told money, no, I have not to do what they don't want to believe. And they kept coming. They keep coming.

I tell him, I notice me but tears me. I don't notice me. I don't want to hear that they threaten me with death penalties.

They threatens me with life sentences. They locked me of all charges. Yes, what you want? I lack home and play them because of things. In a million for the years, i'll everybody y's pad. But people believe of funk and life before they will believe the truth.

That lie that dolan is referring to is him sending police on a wild goose chase with his made up story or so he says, yes.

I did that and I am sorry. I was dead as well. I'm sorry and I know as horrible, and I accept any consequence today.

I was home for everyone. So you heard that, right? Dalen glass is actually walking back on the confession he made in twenty fifteen, the same confession in which he described in detail what happened to Justin that he was fighting with Martin wilky and choked out by leon, that they robed them afterwards, that he was taken the andy pickens houseboat on lake near where he was placed in a medal box and placed in the water later to be moved to a well. This is the same confession that several others, including his own mother, CoOperated much of. So how the hell does he explain that his name was ever mentioned in connection with Justin gains in the first place?

Do you know how old issues started with me when in a fuck in tri A S trail, pok jumpy financial nose, he call clips up with that and SHE would been a good of fucking reward, but SHE didn't take attention where they for conviction. So when you take and you put a reward on TV, you go have a major fucking dolpin every time I get money.

He's right in feeling that every doped in the area that gets in trouble says they have information on his role, injustice, murder, or where Justin's body was left. I heard that much from mike rising and share of chapman. They said people have always tried to cut a deal to get time off sentences.

The information they would provide with something they heard on the news, well known rumor or IT, was just not credible at all. For example, two teenagers actually confessed to murdering Justin at one point, but when police investigated, they found the two boys were locked up in a juvenile detention centre at the time of his disappearance. IT was impossible.

Things like that went on for years, but the woman dillen accuses of looking for reward money. Well, i'm not sure how true that is, but I know who is talking about. Her name is bridget.

Bridget first send a my space message to her brother josh on january eleven, two thousand, eight, telling him that Dylan had killed Justin. In the message, he stated, josh, if I tell you something, you have to swear, you will not tell anyone, because this could put Dylan in prison for a life. Josh, I swear, no matter how bad you want to tell someone, do not say anything.

I really don't want him to go to prison. But that boy that went missing a wild bills, he did IT. He killed him.

Josh promptly reached out to the police and spooked eric elson. I wasn't able to find out exactly when the first reward was offered, but I know I was soon after Justin s. Disappearance, and IT was only five thousand dollars. There was a twenty five thousand dollar reward offered at least as far back as twenty fifteen, maybe further, but regardless, why would bridget teller, fifty year old brother, this in hopes of reward money, instead of going straight to the police? How could he hope for any kind of reward if he had nothing to back up her claim in the first place, making IT up as Dylan ys? When I ask him to explain this, he doesn't have much of an answer other than telling me to speak with her about IT.

If you want the truth, celebrate IT. If is true, that involves really love and name for overall what he tells you to know your folking mind another day. So another thing, if you kill this one, why would he come back around you and leave which you can go to flow? Or would you, if SHE know you with a killer? And when you had her and claude, if you really kill them, why you, why would you let her tell on?

Why would I let her leave? Why would I have come around me? I know what to do, something I know she's selling on me.

I don't add me. It's a point, I guess. But bridget wouldn't have mentioned to dalan that he was telling people he killed someone. Dulan even goes a step further to say that investigators played a role in coaching witnesses like bridget to implicate him, promising them favors in return for testimony.

When you tell somebody twenty five thousand and you'll be surprised if a person space in prison time would you know about dealing glass? Oh, i'll let you go right now. This is what I know, but tell me what you know.

Would that be possible if you did this right here? Oh, he's culture of, yes, way. Of course, you've got a mother for her junky looking at a twenty five thousand dollars or whatever the reward is and face in prison time. You think they can could laugh with you. That would really happen.

But already i've got a problem with dealing story. Bridget took a polygraph on february twenty six, two thousand and eight, and failed. SHE was asked three questions, did you know what happened to Justin? Did you leave wild bills with Justin? And do you know for sure where Justin is now? He was found to be deceptive on all three questions and failed the test.

And yes, polygraphs aren't one hundred percent reliable. They're just a tool used by law enforcement. But there were six experienced investigators present when the interview and test were conducted, and all six agreed he was lying.

Dolen told me that investigators were coercing witnesses. That's why so many people said he was involved. He accuses one person in particular of this former going accounting investigator, carl sims.

Kind of films lost people up for charges. And then he forces told her statements in trance to tell him he knows that killed somebody, and he teaches them along and trying to give them back promises. And he has a history of doing this. From now I got to, I did you that too, what he did multiple times. He lives in George into the same thing to me.

I can't speak to whether sims ever curse statements from anyone related Justin's case, but Dylan is right. That seems got into a bit of trouble in los Angeles for tactics his department used or serving as an arctics officer there in the late is in one thousand and eighty eight, a highly scrutinized drug rate took place at thirty nine street and dolt avenue in one of los Angeles is most crime ridden neighborhoods.

The RAID was part of Operation hammer, a large scale attempt to crack down on gangs violence in the city, which was launched the year prior. The city did have a real issue with drugs, crime and gangs, but overly aggressive tactics would come to ahead. Me, I feel that time I don't care about what I want, peace, my, I want cause with people. I want the world to know a body killed that one for real. These statements .

from dealing glass are a stark contrast to the confession he gave nearly ten years ago. What I just can understand is why he would make this story up of being part of such a heinous crime, if only to take you back later. I mean, we are talking about murder here.

I, because they didn't believe the truth, and they kept going to destroy me for nothing. But you, I will. You more respect in IT.

Then why implicate at least five other people at the same time? People like leon, who's been accused of choking Justin to death?

We are man. I like the boy and not to do winter the night, and i'm not even cool with him Normal, but I did that because I felt like he had and he didn't take up for me. So like he know what to hear that boy and people and stand up for me and he turned on me, and he fought with my age girl. So why didn't give a fuck I but profusely, that man and I do what that this year with me. I didn't expect dilling .

to just come out to confess murder to me. But this is just bizarre. Without prompting, dolan tells me about another person he says he lied about.

There's just like new york, right?

New york and money. Remember, a dealer er known as new york was said you have been present the night Justin was allegedly killed and there are statements fingering him as the shooter. Money is another dealer implicated in various parts of the story, too.

I guess what they really didn't have going to do a day that may send me on a dumb mission to roll somebody. And I like to get shot. My home work I shed and I hated him because because I feel like you would try to give me kill. I felt like he turned on me. But truthfully, he had done to do with that man.

If you're keeping count, that's now three people that dolan says are innocent. Despite having been named in his confession, i've been asked about Martin wilky, the man who was arrested in twenty fifteen for concealing and death. In this case, the man we know is that the mariner, just hours after Justin was last scene. Why was he implicated?

Because he turned me like this one out that he talk, hi, he was talking bad about me. He he know what I didn't do that and he would he won't stand up for me because I used to go to his household. I used to go out there and sell and dog and get help with him.

Go a he to tell, tell me, and they know what didn't do that. They know that boy never went to their house. Involves ran into their house, not in that was about that boy have been there and I felt like some people having back on me instead of high and a lawyer and helping me like I wanted them to see half ill all that he was last.

So according to dilling glass, this story all began with him. And he lied about everything, everyone he implicated. He did so purely because he was mad at them.

But does that really makes sense? If you are innocent of murder, why would you ever tell authorities that you were involved in any way, under any circumstances? And why would all of these other people suddenly turn on him and him on? Why single him out? Also, the houseboat nor andy pickings house were ever searched by police.

They didn't feel there was enough probable cause to get a warn, so they never even tried. I learned one more damming piece of evidence, though, that could make IT very difficult for dilling glass to walk back on that confession of his. When authorities began following leads on dilling glass in early two thousand and eight, they found one piece of evidence that seem to be extremely implicating.

It's the primary reason that the investigation zeroed in on him more than any other person that he is. Up until his confession, IT was the big shiny hearing that Justin was wearing. The ninety disappeared.

The following day, dilling glass and another man were seen at a local pn shop. In security footage taken from the pon shop. Dylan can be seen wearing an earring that seems to match perfectly the one that Justin was wearing the night before. I've seen a still image taken from that video footage, and you can't miss the iron.

And you know what that hearing really came from? Shanon is like my, is like my cousin. He gave IT to me on the a team whilst in the country gave IT to me and he had the other one. We was like best friends. I just don't care them that and they kept mentioned in a hearing that was never his earn that the last this differs .

from the multiple stories delay is given investigators over the years about where he got the hearing. He said that he took IT out of justice year after assaulting him in the indie pickens garage, a story his own mother, caborn. Dylan had told another rendition of that same story, and that he saw all this going on one straight over, where I know there was a drug house that they they may dealt with, walking distance through woods, where he saw new york hold on to gone to justice here in the street. And that dolen found the earing in the street and put IT on as here. That's how you can justify the photograph of him with the erring at the pon shop.

There are several witnesses who've given similar statements that they saw dulin wearing the earing for the first time. Just one or two days is after justice sapp, like Christie, a resident of the kanawha, a trailer park, according to bob SHE, told police that he spoke with the, and not long after, on november fifth.

he came over to her house. I knew the date because he was the birthday of her close golf end. At that date was cool orated, that girlfriend, as when he taught what they were. And Christie, for the first time, had seen dealing with an iring, a diamond earing in his ear.

Dill's girlfriend, or one of them at the time, Rebecca, told police the first time he saw the hearing was when he returned from the pon shop on the afternoon of friday, november second. But given these statements and numerous explanations from dalan, well, that does seem the time adjust, and there is no way for me to tell what's true and what's not, at least not yet.

So that lends credibility to deLance claim. But is IT possible that the hearing was just cleaned, removing justice DNA? Or could a new testing method like touch D N A provide different results?

Even with further DNA testing off the table, I still have a feeling veering could play a big role in this story.

While doing glass maintains that he's never even met, Justin gains, it's important to recognize eye witness statements placing him at two of the three crime scenes, andy pickens house and the housework. So far, bridget Christie and Justin s.

College roommate Chris have all been elusive in confirming details, but i've also heard about a woman who had a very compelling story regarding Dylan alcoa bRandy, as both he and enforcement have asked for her not to be publicly identified just yet as a protected witness. I've like, try to read about IT through all the years to see if I ever come up with anything, stall IT in nothing.

That's a common theme among people i've talked to about this case so far. All roads eventually dead end, but brainy stories is a little different. She's familiar with many of the names associates with this case. And he knew downing in two thousand and seven.

So I was married to someone who had grown up and and so he west friends with all of them.

SHE says that when her husband was a way at work, dyan would come around. One particular visit from dyan sticks with her. The remember ory on the exact date was fuzzy. We know from documents and records that IT was the morning of november second, two thousand seven, the day after Justin went missing.

dulin actually showed up at my door one morning. I want to say I was maybe six in the morning. IT was early.

He was very fanatic. He was just like in a really weird type of mood, you know, isn't like, really, I don't know, but anxious. And he said his exact way for me, I never. But he was like, I think I killed someone.

And I was like, what you know you know was expecting here that and he was like, I shot somebody and I through their body in the bio and I was and he's very easy. And so I mean, I didn't question that. That tends to me and I was like, fuck like here, what happened? And he didn't really give me a lot of details.

He just tell me that he shot them and throw their body in the body. I didn't really asking me think because that that was kind of scary to me. I do remember him telling me that he did not know Justin was that .

when bRandy described Dylan glass knocking on the front door in the early morning hours of november second, saying he had shot someone, Justin gains his disappearance hadn't yet made the news because he wasn't even reported missing until two days later. Dulin was borne in the visit. A so brainy made the assumption that this was the area he referred to when he mentioned dumping the body in the u.

I've heard stories of just in being taken and dumped in a swamp in lizana before, but he doesn't feel like those leads whatever considered credible. And one question I have about this story is, if a body was dumped in a buy you or anywhere, how could still and not be sure if he killed the victim? Shortly after this encounter, bRandy told her story to the police. I asked her about several of the people who might be involved in some way in this case, and without prompting, he shared a familiar name.

So why not thinking that he might have gone by name like new york or something black guy?

New york, according to, and he lied about new york being involved, but bRandy told me that dolan wants offered to put a hit out on her x husband so the two could run away together and new york would be a trigger man. Of course, it's entirely possible dealing is just talking at his ask or trying to impress her. But either way, SHE says, is scared red since bRandy new deal. And well, during this time, I wanted to know what was he really like?

So jelen is always a very like, high, strong person. That could have been the mess, but he's always been kind of like he talked about, and he always is like talking about eating someone up or something crazy. The only time I ever remember him being like different when he came and told me that day, he seemed very like anxious. You could say .

that bRandy story, as intriguing as IT might be, is just that the story, another dada? And you might be right if IT weren't for another witnesses story. Before I even met with bRandy, I discussed with bob no and my rising some of the facts about this case regarding dyan glass the day after .

I'm told that after leaving branded y's house, dulin, his friend shine, the same man seen with him at the pond p later that same day, went to another woman's house seeking a place to hide out, claiming he had just shot someone. Her identity as well needs to be kept private, as she's also considered a confidential informant.

In this case, i'll call her and I nati was interviewed on january thirty eighth, two thousand eight, by detectives from both wolton county and when that county P. D. In the interview, he stated that Dylan and shine were dropped off at her house by an uni dense fied girl in a blue doddle, a pickup truck.

Dan allegedly said he had shot someone referring to Justin, but wasn't sure if he was. Dolan also allegedly said that he had taken Justin to walton county, to quote, finish him off. When natly told the two men they couldn't stay at her house, the girl on the truck came back and pick them up shortly after.

And I ve been trying to reach adel, but you've had no luck making contact with her. Something from both women stories jumps out at me immediately, though both stated that Dylan said he shot Justin, but wasn't sure if he was dead or not. That's not likely something that two different people who don't know each other are going to make up simultaneously.

And the interviews with them more conducted, less than two months apart. Something else stuck out to me. It's the mention of the blue dodge dakota. That truck belonged deLance from shin.

I am positive. I don't I don't having improved, but I am positive that shame is involved in that just as well.

What makes you say that?

Because was still in best friend and I was in two thousand, I want to say like the beginning of two thousand and eight I came to like one year I stayed on the boat house with his mom. And all of these communications were like a lot of things about shame. They were very whispers y about a lot of and I just, you know, I think like after that he just kind of like cut communication with me and I felt like that IT was because, you know, people knew that I talk to the police or whatever the .

I found text messages that were cent in twenty twenty one when dill's brother Justin was arrested here involving, he was contacting his girlfriend at the time, basically was mad Dylan. And he was like, when I get out here, i'm going to contact Justin games. Mom.

beans on everybody and SHE freak out and was contacting shame, telling him, just in saying he's gonna talk, Justin. And that was the only message about that. But the thing was to me, why are they so concerned about Justin glass talking to Justin, mom, if they didn't do something.
