Namaskar friends, welcome back to Dil Se Dil Tak. In today's story we will see what steps Rajiv and Priya take to save their love. Will their efforts be successful? So let's start today's story.
A few days pass. Rajiv and Priya make a plan to save their love. They know that it will not be easy to convince Rajiv's parents. So they have to tell them about their love slowly. Priya gives Rajiv the idea that he should bring his parents to his house for dinner. She says that maybe by getting together, his parents will get a chance to understand him.
Rajeev likes Priya's idea. He gets ready to bring her for dinner.
But Rajiv knows that his parents will not like to go to Priya's house. So he makes a plan. He does not tell his parents that he is going to dinner at Priya's house. He says that some of his college friends want to have dinner with them. Rajiv's parents are ready to meet his friends.
Next day, Rajiv goes to Priya's house and tells her about the dinner plan. She gives the news of Rajiv's arrival at her house. She also prepares the dinner herself. As soon as the evening falls, Rajiv arrives at Priya's house with his parents. Priya's family welcomes them at the door.
Rajiv's parents are shocked to see the house from Priya's point of view. They get angry that Rajiv lied to them but they don't show anything because they didn't want to create any drama.
On the dinner table, Rajiv's parents feel uneasy seeing Priya. But Priya talks to them so lovingly and takes care of their taste and eats food. That slowly their mind starts melting a little. After dinner, Priya calls her younger brother Rohit. Rohit greets Rajiv's parents and tells them that Rajiv teaches him.
Rajiv's parents are shocked to see this. They like Priya's dedication to her studies and the passion to help others. That night Rajiv's parents talk about Priya on their way home. Rajiv's mother says that the girl looked good. She seems to be very educated.
Rajiv's father, though still not completely convinced, but he also says that Priya did not feel bad. This is a small victory for Rajiv and Priya. They find out that it will not be so easy to convince their parents, but they will have to continue trying to explain to them slowly.
On the other hand, Priya's mother is also happy to know about Rajiv. She thinks that Rajiv is a well-educated boy and his relationship with Priya will be good. But Priya's father thinks he is much lower than him. He thinks that they will not be able to be equal to him. In the future, this will not be right for Priya either.
After a few days, Priya tells Rajiv that her father is talking about her marriage. She is afraid that her father may not decide her marriage with someone else. Rajiv explains to Priya that he will talk to his parents openly about their relationship. He says that there should be no delay.
Rajiv calls his parents to talk for an evening. They both sit at the dinner table. Rajiv gets a little scared but then says with courage, "Dad, Mom, I want to talk to you both about something important." Rajiv's parents look at each other's faces. Rajiv's mother asks, "What is it, Rajiv? What happened?"
Rajiv takes a deep breath and says, "Papa, Mummy, actually I want to talk to you about Priya." Rajiv's parents listen to him calmly. He talks to them about marriage to Priya. When Rajiv finishes his talk, his face is clear.
Rajiv's mother says in anger, "Rajiv, what are you talking about? We asked you to marry a rich girl from a rich family, not an ordinary girl." Rajiv's father also says, "Rajiv, don't ruin your career. You will not be able to show your face in the society by marrying such a girl."
Rajiv is surprised by his reaction. He says that when you met Priya, she liked you both. So what happened now? Then his father said, that girl is good, but not for marriage. See her status and your status. Where we sit and stand, will she understand all this? Such small people feel that we just waste money. Their thinking never meets our thinking.
Knowing how much time you have spent, just a few months. Now you two have to know each other well. Everything looks good from the outside. The more you know each other, the sooner you will understand why we are refusing. Rajiv tries to explain to his parents that there is no role of wealth and society in love. But they don't listen to him. They both get up from the table in anger.
Rajiv gets upset and sits on the sofa. His eyes start to cry. He feels that he has made a mistake. That same night, Priya also doesn't get Rajiv's call. She calls him many times but Rajiv's phone doesn't pick up. She thinks that Rajiv's parents must have stopped her. She becomes very sad and thinks that maybe their love will never be accepted.
In the morning, Priya finds Rajiv in the college. They both sit in a quiet place. Rajiv says in a sad voice, "Priya, I shouldn't talk to you. My parents..." Priya understands what happened. She holds Rajiv's hand and says, "Rajiv, I know what they must have said. But will we accept defeat? Will we leave our love so easily?
Rajiv says, "Priya, it is very difficult for me to go against them. I cannot refuse them." Priya looks at Rajiv and says, "Rajiv, there are problems in love, but if our love is true, we will overcome these problems."
Rajiv thinks about Priya. He thinks that Priya is right. They can't give up. Their love should get a chance. He holds Priya's hand firmly and says, "You are right, Priya. We will not give up. We will fight for our love. We will make our parents understand." Priya talks to her father and tells him about Rajiv.
She tries to convince him that Rajiv is a well-educated boy and his future is bright. Whereas Rajiv also talks to his parents. He decides to introduce them to Priya's family. He thinks that maybe after meeting Priya's family again, their parents' opinion will change.
This time Rajiv invites Priya's family to dinner. This time he tells his parents the truth that he is inviting Priya. Rajiv's parents are a little hiccuped but bow down before Rajiv's insistence.
Dinner preparations are going on. On the other side, Priya's father suddenly gets a call that he has got a job offer from another city. He will have to join there immediately. Priya gets worried about this news. Priya is afraid that if she shifts somewhere else, her love may not end. Priya has to listen to her father. She calls Rajiv and tells him everything.
Rajiv also gets disappointed by this news but he supports Priya. He says that he will wait. After a few days, Priya's family shifts to a new place. Priya and Rajiv move away but their love does not decrease. They keep talking on the phone and keep encouraging each other.
On the other hand, Rajiv's parents also feel a little lonely after Priya's family leaves. They remember Priya's innocence and her father's honesty.
After some time, Rajiv plans to take his parents to Priya's new city. He thinks that maybe going there to meet Priya's family and seeing their city will change his parents' opinion. Rajiv tells his parents this plan.
First, they refuse but Rajiv makes them understand a lot. He says that this is just a trip and he will get a chance to travel with it. Finally, Rajiv's parents listen to him. They all depart for the new city of Priya. Priya also gets the news of Rajiv's arrival. She tells her parents that Rajiv is coming with his parents.
After a few days, Rajiv, his parents and Priya's family meet again. This time the atmosphere is a little different. Rajiv's parents are impressed by seeing the beauty of Priya's new city. Whereas Priya's parents like Rajiv's parents' simplicity and elegance.
Both families meet, talk and try to get to know each other. Rajiv and Priya also take advantage of this opportunity and try to convince their parents that their love is true. After visiting Priya's city for a few days, Rajiv returns to his city with his parents. But this time there has been a slight change in his attitude.
They don't feel bad about Priya anymore. Instead, they ask Rajiv about Priya and also talk about her city. Rajiv thinks that his parents' opinions are slowly changing. He calls Priya and tells her this good news. Priya is also very happy to know this. She hopes that maybe her love will reach her destination soon.
