Shownotes Transcript

Namaskar friends, you are listening to Dil Se Dil Tak with Khushi Chandni used to live in a small town, Champnagar Every street, every corner of the town reminded her of her childhood She used to live with her grandmother in a small house surrounded by green trees

His parents died in a tragedy a few years ago. Although the pain was not less, but the love of grandma and her stories gave Chandni the courage to stay connected with life. Grandma's stories were from the love of kings and queens to the sacrifice of ordinary people. Grandma would add a different experience to every story, which would make those stories even more alive.

On the evening, he would make hot milk and delicious 'Pakora Chandni' in the courtyard of the house.

Chandni used to study in college. She was very good at studying and always ready to help others. On the freshest day of college, when Chandni stood on the stage and expressed her goal of life, becoming a teacher, in front of everyone, she had a special shine in her eyes. Her smile was so lovely that it would win anyone's heart. After college ended, Chandni used to study tuition and earn some money.

With that money, she used to spend her education and also help her grandmother. One day while going to college, Chandni met Raj at the tea shop outside the college. Raj was also a student of the same college. He was from a rich family but he was also kind and helpful like Chandni. That day Chandni had a problem in taking books in the library of the college.

The bookshelves were so high that she was unable to take out the book from the top shelf. Someone asked from behind, "Do you need any help?" Chandni turned and saw a smiling boy standing in front. He replied, "Yes, there is a little problem." The boy said laughing, "No problem, I will take it out." The boy takes out the book and gives it to Chandni.

Chandni thanked him and asked his name. Raj replied, "And you?" "Chandni." He smiled and said. This was their first meeting. After a few days, they met again in the college canteen. Raj saw Chandni and smiled and shook her hand. Chandni also smiled and answered and sat on an empty seat.

Raj comes to him and asks, "Is there no problem if I sit here?" "No, no, you can sit." Chandni said. Both started talking.

Earlier, his conversations were only about college work or some help Chandni came to know that Raj is a student of history and knew a lot about old forts and buildings He would often call him to the tea shop outside the college and would sit there and tell him interesting stories of history

Chandni loved Raj's stories. She was lost in Raj's words. Gradually their meetings increased. Both started liking each other's company. They would eat together in the college canteen, spend hours in the library, and in the evening, while wandering in the park, share the dreams of life. Raj was passionate about Chandni's simplicity and education.

He often thought of Chandni that his childhood would also be spent in the open sky and green trees like Chandni. Chandni always liked to be ready for Raj's simplicity and help from others. She felt safe with Raj. She also shared her problems with Raj. Raj always listened to Chandni carefully.

and helped him get out of every difficulty. One evening, Raj asked Chandni, "Chandni, how were you in your childhood?" Chandni smiled and said, "I was very naughty. My name was always on the whole neighborhood. Climbing trees, bathing in the river, all these were my daily work." Raj laughed and said, "Now you have become very smart.

Chandni said with a smile, "I had to be smart or else grandma would have been so worried about me." They both walked ahead with a smile. The evening was coming to an end. The sun was setting in the sky. There was a quiet shade in the park. I could only hear the whistling of the winds. Raj suddenly stopped and looked at Chandni and asked, "Chandni, what do you think of me?"

Chandni got a little scared when she saw him. She replied, "You are a good friend, Raj." Raj smiled and said, "Only friend? Am I not special for you?"

Chandni could not answer. It was as if her tongue was locked. She was able to read her heart in Raj's eyes. Her heart was also beating for Raj. But she still had this new feeling. She did not want to call it love. Raj understood Chandni's silence. He said, It's okay Chandni, take your time. But know that I like you.

Chandni replied in a low voice, "I also like your company, Raj." Raj took Chandni's hand in his hand. Chandni tried to release her hand, but Raj held her hand tightly. Raj said slowly, "Chandni, will you be my girlfriend?"

Chandni saw Raj in her eyes. Her eyes were filled with the ocean of love. Even in her heart, Raj was feeling the love. She wanted to accept it, but she was stopping something. After some silence, Chandni said in a low voice, "Raj, I need some time." Raj was a little disappointed, but he understood Chandni. He said,

"Okay Chandni, but tell me quickly. I will wait for you." Chandni shook her head and said yes. Both hands held each other and stood there for a while. Then Raj left Chandni at home.

Chandni was in a daze. She felt that she had got true love with Raj. But she was afraid. Raj was from a rich family. Whereas she was related to an ordinary family. She knew that love is more important than social status. Will Raj's family accept their relationship? Chandni couldn't sleep the whole night. She thought about her and Raj's future.

Will his love break the walls of society? He was not getting the answer to these questions. The next day, Raj saw Chandni in college and smiled. Chandni also smiled, but her smile was a little incomplete. Raj understood the confusion of last night in Chandni's eyes. Both walked together for some time. Raj asked, "Thought of Chandni?" Chandni took a deep breath and said,

"Raj, I believe in your love." But Raj interrupted her. "But Chandni?" Chandni said with courage, "Raj, we are from a different world. Your family will not agree for our relationship." Raj smiled and said, "Chandni, love does not see any caste or poor rich woman."

"Love is a matter of hearts, and my heart beats only for you." Chandni saw Raj in her eyes. Truth was shining in her eyes. She made her decision. Chandni said slowly, "Raj, I want to be your girlfriend." Raj happily laughed at Chandni's reply. He hugged Chandni.

At that moment, he was not worried about the world. He was only feeling his love. But Chandni did not know that a storm was going to come in the way of love that would test his love. Raj's father Suraj Agarwal was a very big businessman. His fame and popularity was famous throughout the city.

He wished that his son marry a rich and powerful family girl. Chandni was not fit to fulfill this dream. One day Raj went to his house for dinner. Raj's parents and his elder sister Manisha were sitting at the dinner table. The conversation was going on that Raj's father asked him, "Raj, what are you thinking about marriage?"

Raj got a little scared. He thought it was the right time to tell his parents about Chandni. But his fear of anger was stopping him. Raj answered in a stutter, "Dad, it's not the time to think about marriage. Education is still pending."

His father said in a harsh tone, "Raj, you are 25 years old. Your age is to get married. We have seen a good girl for you." Raj interrupted him. "Dad, I don't want to get married now." Raj's mother asked, "Why, Raj? Do you have a girl in mind?"

Raj was about to say something, but Manisha taunted him and said, "Oh, mom, he must have been in a relationship with a college girl." Raj said in anger, "Manisha, it's nothing like that." Then his father said in a harsh voice, "Raj, what are you hiding? If there is no girl, we will find a good match for you."

Raj said with courage, "Papa, I have no interest in arranged marriage. I want to marry the same girl whom I love." Raj's father got angry and slapped him on the forehead and said, "Love? You talk about love? Don't get involved in this world of fulmi. Marriage is not about love, but about status." Raj's mother tried to explain and said,

Raj, your father is right. Love is a few days old. But marriage is a lifetime relationship. This was today's story. Listen to the next story in the next episode of Dil Se Dil Tak.
