#Tip 3 - #Goals #planning to #achieving Have #Measurable #goals

Do you have goals that you can really #measure? How can you follow your goals for a long time?

As we all know goals are just like #destinations.

So, When we know the destinations we need to actually #measure how far we have #reached and how was our #performance in the #journey. If any #deviations needed we can work out the action plan accordingly. #enthusiasm.

Unfortunately, the enthusiasm all vanishes in a small period of #time and many times we feel we are on the right #track but, when we reach the end we find we are not able to #achieve the goals.

So, It is really important that we should make the goals #measurable.

But, the #technique we use is also #important to #measure.

The goals need to be measured both on a #performance basis and on a #result basis where we measure the #achievement of the goal, and also the performance during the achievement of the goal.

We need to use the #triangulated method of measurement which means the goal #measurement should be based on 3 #parameters for better #results and #analysis.

For eg, If we have a goal of being fit in 3 months.

So, we can triangulate it by using 3 parameters

We can have a tape measure for checking the inches loss

Weighing measurement for checking the weight loss

Before and after picture for checking the difference in the look

The triangulated performance measurement will help us get

A clear #idea of our #performance

The #motivation for more #efforts

#Chances of #failback are less

#Progress can be checked

#Success can be #checked

It makes the goals #manageable

Though it is not necessary for all the goals, atleast 2 ways of measurement should be #minimum used.
