How To get rid of the problems?

#Goal #management is a regular #process and is needed in every part of our life. 

It is divided into two parts:  1.)#Planning of #goals  2.) #Getting rid of #obstacles  

There are 3 categories of problems that come in our way #Environmental #Social #Personal Environmental problems are the ones that are unexpected and occur suddenly for which we are not prepared as maybe we are not aware of it or we cannot control them.   

Social problems are the ones that happen because of your #support system including your #family members, #friends, and peer group. You also need to look at the possibilities to #influence #people by understanding their #needs, #motives, and #desires.  

Personal problems are the ones that relate to your psychology which include your #fears, #beliefs, #emotions, or #state of #mind and #behavior. It also includes #habits like #perfectionism, #procrastination, #pessimism, etc or #in-competencies like #personal #skills, #communication skills, etc.  

A3 Formula(#Acquire, #Analyze, and #Act) 

After doing all that will be the #outcomes or #results. 

The results will be: 

You will be able to take a #decision regarding what you want and what you do not want. 

You will get rid of #negative #feelings like #quitting or #denial. 

You will stop looking for #sympathy. 

You will stop #blaming others or yourself. 

You will #cultivate #positive #feelings like #optimism, #gratitude, #commitment, #proactiveness. 

You will #cultivate #discipline. 

You will cultivate #self-confidence and #self-belief. 

You will learn to involve in #experiments. 

You will learn to accept #circumstances as they are.

 You will learn to make the necessary #sacrifices. 

You will start taking small steps at a time. 

You will stop giving #excuses. 

You will ultimately have a #problem-solving #approach by looking at #opportunities in problems.
