You have to make sure that when you are communicating whatever may be the situation, you need to be in that moment and do all efforts to present you and your data in the best way.

How should we present ourselves in the best way?

Apart from the rest of the things one thing that surely needs to be taken care of is your energy. It is everything.

It is always said that your energy is transferred to the person around you. If you are high on energy and reflect positivity the environment around you will also be positive and good. If you are lethargic, not in a good mood, feeling negative then that is only going to be reflected in your body language.

What is the correct level of energy you should maintain?

Positive energy, adequate tone, the right pitch, enthusiasm are the correct attributes you should portray. For this, a few things which we can do are

Have a sound sleep so that you are fresh when you are having a communication.

Have a diet that includes fiber rather than a fat-filled diet.

Have lots of fluid.

Just close your eyes for a few minutes before you go for any presentation or communication and recall the incident when you were happy, you received some appreciation because of your god work. The energy at that time will be transformed into you through your thoughts.
