Life is a constant game of numbers and you're letting them affect your happiness. We are all constantly chasing the next number in our lives and it really doesn't mean shit at the end of the day, right? When is the last time someone asked you what your GPA or what your ACT score was?

I am taking today's episode to explain how number affect our lives, specifically our weight on the scale, how many people we've let into our garden of delights, and how chasing followers will always lead to wanting more followers. It is bad to track? Of course not. Analytics are important. We just can't let them hold us back.
