According to the Dublin Chamber, almost half of the hundreds of firms that it polled require that its staff be physically in the office 2 or 3 days a week.
The survey carried out with Savills found that the fear of losing staff to rivals lies behind this laissez-faire attitude to workers working from home. It also found that employers are very concerned that hybrid working stands in the way of cultivating a team culture in the workplace.
