I have to start this Monday with a tragic and a truly enraging story. Seven years ago, Mark Longo rescued a squirrel he named Peanut after the squirrel's mother was hit by a car. And according to Mark, he rehabbed Peanut for eight months and then released him into the wild

but after a day and a half peanut was attacked and then mark realized that peanut did not develop the instincts to survive outside on his own so mark kept and raised peanut and eventually mark started with his wife peanuts freedom farm a non-profit animal rescue he operates again with his wife daniella and the sanctuary is home to 300 west rescue animals

But Peanut is essentially the face of the nonprofit and the squirrel has now garnered over 3 million social media fans. Now fast forward to last Wednesday and 10 agents from New York's Department of Environmental Conservation and Health raided and ransacked Mark and his wife's home for five hours.

and served Mark with a surprise warrant allowing them to abduct Peanut and a raccoon that they had named Fred he'd taken Fred in about four months ago and then on Friday Daniela and Mark learned via their local news station that that the state of New York had murdered Peanut and Fred authorities didn't even bother to inform them here is Mark explaining the raid and the murder

We just learned that they have euthanized Peanut. And the raccoon as well. And the raccoon as well.

I am so sorry. This must be really difficult for you. It not only tears my family apart, but Peanut was the cornerstone of our nonprofit animal rescue. And 10 to 12 DEC officers raided my house as if I was a drug dealer. I was sat outside my house for five hours. I had to get a police escort to my bathroom.

I wasn't even allowed to feed my rescue horses breakfast or lunch. I was sitting, sat there like a criminal after they interrogated my wife to check out her immigration status, then proceeded to ask me if I had cameras in my house, then proceeded to go through every cabinet nook and cranny of my house for a squirrel and a raccoon. They got a search warrant? They got a search warrant.

Four departments and a judge signed off on a search warrant for a squirrel and a raccoon. And then they took them and killed them. Why did they go through all that to get a search warrant for an animal that had been with you very safely and the world witnessed this for seven years? Why now suddenly did they show up with a search warrant and take these animals? We haven't a clue.

We don't know who made the complaints. Again, Peanut was an indoor squirrel, not harming anybody. He's been with us for seven years. Not a single complaint was ever filed for this animal. We had him for seven and a half years. He became the world's most famous squirrel. We weren't hiding him by any means. He was all over TikTok. He became the first squirrel on TikTok to ever hit a million followers. He did every news station around the world. He's helped people.

He's helped kids gather joy. And then we started a nonprofit animal rescue called Peanuts Freedom Farm to help animals like Peanut fight a good fight. You can, if you're listening, his wife is in the corner. She's just in tears. She's lived with this pet squirrel for a long time. It's like a dog. I didn't know squirrels even lived that long. But it's part of their family. State comes in, they traumatize them, ransack their home, steal their pet.

was breaking state law by having a raccoon and squirrel as pets because according to the government, these are wild animals. You're not allowed to actually have them. And the reason, so that's the reason for the raid. The reason that they were euthanized is because according to the state, the squirrel, Peanut, sunk its teeth into the hand of an official during the raid. Now, Mark says, this isn't true. Peanut never bit the agent.

But even if it is true, I kind of get it. That sounds like a very stressful situation. You have these agents raid your home, forcibly take you from your owners. I think a cat, a dog, animals that are in stressful situations like that, they bite. I mean, that's just what happens. So they say we have to test these animals for rabies. And the only way to test them for rabies is to

I guess kill them. So they kill them, they send them to a lab for rabies. That's the excuse from the state of New York. And my question is, where are New York's priorities right now? They have the resources to raid a man's home and then murder his pets, but they can't shut down Tren de Aragua, which has taken over the city of New York. We've covered it so many times over the course of this show. Just last week, an illegal immigrant was arrested in Florida.

for child sex trafficking, but was previously arrested and charged in New York for attempted murder, but was released after law enforcement ignored an ICE detainer request. Awesome job, New York. You guys got it all under control. Priorities are totally set out right. Not. And who can forget Jeffrey Epstein, who New York allowed to operate a child sex trafficking ring for over a decade before anything was ever done about it. Peanut, the squirrel,

was investigated more than Jeffrey Epstein. There have been some really, again, this is a very frustrating story, but there have been some very funny memes in response to all of this. Somebody, Elon Musk posted this one, and it's the state of New York skipping over arresting illegals, or not arresting rapists, or not arresting murderers, but they are killing squirrels. And then you have, um,

It's okay. They wrongfully persecuted me too. And it's Trump with like an angelic peanut over his shoulder. I mean, it's funny. You have peanut and Harambe. You have Boromir from Lord of the Rings with the quote. They, you know, they took the little ones and then there's a picture of peanut.

It also has sparked the Pets for Trump movement again. Remember when Trump famously said, oh, they're eating the cats, they're eating the dogs in the debate stage. Then it went mega viral. We had all these Pets for Trump memes. So now the Pets for Trump is back, this time squirrel style. Take a listen. I can feel it coming in the ads of now. The internet never misses. And now that we have AI, it's gotten even funnier. I've been waiting for this moment.

So if you're listening, it looks like Roman-dressed squirrels approaching the White House, taking over. Pets for Trump, ripping up. It's silliness. It's funny, though. They have the Trump Vance logo at the bottom.

And I'm kind of just even confused if this is even a law in the first place. You can't have a pet squirrel. My professor, she's a former, my former professor, she's a medievalist, Rachel Fulton Brown. She shared with me that the red squirrel was actually a hugely popular pet in the middle ages. And people kept squirrels on little leashes with collars and took them on mini walks

They would go on walks themselves and just have the squirrel on their shoulder. And in the 18th century colonial America, there was an entire fad for gray squirrel pets just like Peanut. And all the jokes aside, our government literally cannot put away traffickers or secure our border and weed out illegal Venezuelan gangs, but they can raid your home and kill your pet. It's an outrage.

And it's kind of interesting to see where people have aligned on this issue. Washington Post columnist Jennifer Rubin directed the news of New York authorities storming into a man's home, raiding it for five hours, and then seizing his pet squirrel, then euthanizing him by writing on X in a now-deleted tweet, quote, the MAGA squirrel deserved to die. Who would write that? Who has that kind of reaction to the death of some guy's pet? It's just deranged.

And then Democrats wonder why we care so much about the Second Amendment. And of course, the death of Peanut isn't the only instance of state-sanctioned animal cruelty. So many good things he said in there. But the thing that really caught my attention was, and I don't know for sure, I don't know if this was the 08 debate or the 2012 primary debate. It could have been either one of those. I'm not positive. But he was talking about FISA's warrantless surveillance. This was before, nobody was talking about FISA's warrantless surveillance back then. And we now know that the permanent state used FISA's Section 702

to spy on the Trump campaign. And finally, Americans are to wake up and go, oh my goodness, this is a complete violation of our constitutional rights. How is this happening? At least Republicans were saying that. And this is how you know there's a difference. There are good Republicans and there are really bad Republicans. Because the only reason that FISA Section 702 is still around today is thanks to Republican Speaker of the House Mike Johnson.

We have a brazen violation of our constitutional rights, warrantless surveillance on citizens, thanks to Mike Johnson. He is a disgrace. He should resign immediately. And there are a lot of others just like him. Ron Paul is a diamond in the rough. And I am so happy that he could potentially join a Trump admin in rooting out all of this rot. It would be huge. And I have a little Ron Paul story for you guys.

When Ron Paul was running for president in the GOP primaries ahead of the 2012 election, all of my siblings picked different candidates to support. We just, we didn't really know much, but we, all of my younger siblings picked one particular GOP primary candidate who was like our guy. And so when I was 12, during the 2012 GOP primary, I chose Ron Paul. And during the, of course, he didn't get the nomination. I wish he did. He didn't.

But during the 2012 swearing-in ceremony on the House floor, my dad introduced me to Ron Paul. And my dad explained to Ron Paul how each of his kids had chosen a different candidate and that I had picked him. And then Ron Paul smiled and he looked at me and he said, she's the smart one. And...

I am, I love that story. It was like one of the coolest memories I've ever had. Don't regret that choice. Ron Paul is awesome and it makes me so optimistic about a future Trump admin. The world just wasn't ready for Ron Paul when he was running for president, but it's ready now. Like Ron Paul, Trump is a pro-peace candidate. Enough of these forever wars.

Trump, unprecedented Trump has been for peace. And he tweeted just recently, "During my admin, we had peace in the Middle East."

And we will have peace again very soon. I will fix the problems caused by Kamala Harris and Joe Biden and stop the suffering and destruction in Lebanon. I want to see the Middle East return to real peace, a lasting peace, and we will get it done properly so it doesn't repeat itself every five or ten years. Your friends and family in Lebanon deserve to live in peace, prosperity and harmony with their neighbors, and that can only happen with peace and stability in the Middle East. And this is why Kamala is struggling with Muslim voters right now.

She's running pro-Gaza ads in Michigan and pro-Israel ads in Pennsylvania. And everybody sees through it. Everybody knows she's just sort of a stand-in for the permanent state, which is always pro-war. She doesn't mean anything. She doesn't stand for anything. And I think, really, it makes sense that Rashida Tlaib, Michigan congresswoman, declined to endorse Kamala Harris during a United Auto Workers union rally in Detroit.

And again, I say I don't blame Tlaib. I actually think it shows she has some real integrity. She cares about what's happening in Gaza, so do her constituents. And she said, you know what? I'm not going to endorse Kamala Harris just because the Democrat machine is breathing down my neck. That's a big deal. I might not agree with Rashida Tlaib on literally anything, but at least she has some integrity to stand up for herself and her priorities. This is why I think that a lot of regular Democrats are going to stay home.

No one got to pick Kamala Harris. No one really knows who she is or what she stands for. Here she is yesterday refusing to say how she voted on California's Proposition 36, which would create tougher penalties for serial retail thieves and drug traffickers. She couldn't answer how she voted on that issue. Take a listen. How did you vote on Prop 36?

So I have my ballot is on its way to California and I'm going to trust the system that it will arrive there. And I am not going to talk about the vote on that because honestly, it's the Sunday before the election. And I don't intend to create an endorsement one way or another around it. So but I did vote. Does anybody understand how insane that is? This woman wants to be president. It's like Obamacare when they said we have to pass a bill to see what's in it.

No, we don't just elect you and then find out what you stand for. You have to tell us that beforehand. We want to know who you are before we give you the nuclear codes. The only people that seem excited to vote for Kamala Harris are the members of the permanent state who control her. This the way that she behaved in that interaction this white lady who claims to be part of American intelligence is so emblematic of how the entire national security apparatus behaves just in general they believe they are smarter and they know better than the rest of us and They get their friends to write articles like this one from Vox a second Trump term really is an extinction level threat to democracy but really

the people who are threats to our system, the people who are threats to this country, who are destroying this country, is them. They have credentials and security clearances, and they developed this grotesque security or superiority complex to the point where they no longer even believe in things like constitutional rights. But the reality is that we pay for their jobs, we sustain this country, and in turn pay them to protect us. And not only do they not produce anything,

But they've turned their overblown power on us and used the system and our money to curtail our most basic freedoms. Spy on us without warrants, lie about COVID mortality rates, vaccine efficacy. And it's all at the behest of major corporations or globalist organizations. It has nothing to do with the interests of the American people.

A perfect example of this is war hawk Liz Cheney, who gleefully prefers getting Americans killed in pointless conflicts over peace, just like her father. Then, you know, go a couple of years forward or go now. And I don't blame him for sticking with his daughter. But his daughter is a very dumb individual. Very dumb. True. She's a radical war hawk. Let's put her with a rifle standing there with nine barrels shooting at her, okay? Let's see how she feels about it. You know, when the guns are trained on her face.

You know, they're all war hawks when they're sitting in Washington in a nice building saying, oh, gee, well, let's send 10,000 troops right into the mouth of the enemy. But she's a stupid person. And I used to have meetings with a lot of people, and she always wanted to go to war with people. Trump's right. He's saying what liberals back in the 1960s were saying. This is very easy to understand.

If you're a war hawk, you want everybody to constantly be going and getting into conflicts. I wish you'd understand what it's like to be on the front lines, but a lot of them don't. They say all these things and they push for these wars and they have no idea what war is like. War is hell. Michael says as a military-aged male, he's spot on. But the media spun that soundbite to mean that Trump somehow threatened Liz Cheney with execution by firing squad. Liz Cheney herself tweeted,

This is how dictators destroy free nations. They threaten those who speak against them with death. Hashtag women will not be silenced. Girls, shut up. No one threatened you. But this is strategic for Democrats. This lie, this is actually part of their plan. I'm going to read you an excerpt from John Daniel Davidson's article in The Federalist on this. I think he brings up a great point.

He wrote, "Democrats are flooding the zone with lies, distortions, and falsifications in the closing days of the campaign because they know they're about to lose at the ballot box. Most Americans will not see the corrections or the pushback from conservative media. They will just get the headlines by the thousands before it's all over asserting that Trump threatened Liz Cheney and might have committed a crime."

That in turn will be used to build a narrative already well underway that he is disqualified from the presidency no matter how the election turns out. It's strategic. It is part of the plan. It's almost like an insurance policy for them. All of these lies ahead of the election. I want you guys to listen to Mike Benz discuss how the state is likely planning a 2020 reboot to legitimize a stolen election. Take a listen.

So they are surely running that program back in the background while simultaneously working with the social media companies to try to ensure that they can get control over perceptions of legitimacy because perceptions of legitimacy will determine how many pieces they can deploy on the chessboard to orchestrate a potential coup.

That's who's going to rally the votes and really stand as a symbol of Kamala Harris's movement. She just brought out P. Diddy's ex-girlfriend, Jennifer Lopez, to again rally the troops. This is who she's aligning herself with. Take a listen. I've been in some of these rooms. I see the way power works in this country. They love it when you do nothing.

Okay, a non-vote is an agreement. It just makes it easier easier for them to do whatever they want Whatever serves them and this election is about your life. Kamala is backed by people who are hell-bent on breaking down society at its most basic level, which is the family. And this is connected to the border invasion. I know it sounds like a stretch, but it's not. This is a spiritual crisis that we're in. The breakdown is all connected. Per the U.S. House Judiciary Committee, the Biden-Harris admin is working with the U.N. to fast-track migrants from Central and South America to the U.S. via a taxpayer-funded program.

Launched in June 2023, the State Department's Safe Mobility Initiative allows migrants to bypass the U.S.-Mexico border, avoiding the visible border entry process.

Under this initiative, safe mobility officers in select Latin American cities provide guidance to migrants on U.S. resettlement options, including family unification and labor pathways. But the report argues it is hiding the migrant entry process from public view while using U.S. taxpayer funds to expedite immigration. So the U.N. and the Biden admin is essentially using our money to undermine our safety and security by flooding the homeland with illegals and annihilating our national identity.

Well, I'm not really sure if that's what's in play. I think it's really like it's important that we have an honest conversation. But doesn't that seem logical, though? If you have a significant number of people that are being moved into swing states that have come across the border illegally and then you've provided them with all these services, you provided them with food stamps, EBT, provided them with housing, etc.

You could, if you gave those people amnesty and allowed those people to vote, and it was very organized, you're talking about 75,000 votes over a few counties that switched everything over to the Republicans. You could see how you import 10 million people over the course of four years.
