This week we check in with our two resident gurus, Tatiana and Clint, to present to you the Hydroxyburn Shred Challenge. We discuss all the logistics, reasons and benefits of the challenge.

Tatiana Marinho is our in-house Nutritionist and Regulatory Affairs Officer and the mastermind behind this challenge. Tatiana explains her background in health and nutrition and her passion for changing peoples lives. Clint Hill is our Master Strength and Conditioning coach and tells us all about his expertise and excitement to be part of such a holistic and empowering challenge.

The challenge is free of charge and the 50 selected participants will receive free nutrition and training mentoring and a monthly Shred Pack valued up to $200.00.
