Ireland's Finance Minister, Paschal Donohoe, says a new €6 billion reserve fund will help to cushion the risks from the country's heavy reliance on corporate tax receipts. He tells Bloomberg's Stephen Carroll and Anna Edwards that Ireland's €11 billion budget, including more then €4 billion in cost of living measures, has been funded from tax rather than borrowing. Donohoe added that his future as Eurogroup President "is a matter for the party leaders" as a cabinet reshuffle is due to take place in December. See omnystudio.com/listener) for privacy information.
