Let go of the idea that what you're hearing and reading in the news has anything to do with Reality. It doesn't. Reality is the one that is listening to these words now. What Reality believes in is what's going to come real for that level of Reality.
This is a time to realise your own inherent radiance, your own inherent depth, your own inherent power. By our power I don't mean the power to do something, I mean the power that actually vibrates to cosmos. Then there can be the transformation on the level of humanness.. the mind can now vibrate at the vibration of no-mind or the mind of God. And the heart can pulse at the levels of deeper pulsations of profound Reality. And the body can move with without striving to be What It Is, equal to the movement of God in the universe. For it is this! This is real. You have to let go of all those stories.
Our highest difficulty is the surrender of the entertainment stories. Whereas if you just had one touch, and I know you have, of this inherent breath of divinity that you already are, you would love sinking into that, realising more of that as your own way of Being. That's how it is. - B
