The Universal Pulse

What a pulse is, any pulse – any pulse it doesn’t matter whether it is in your body, in a creature's body or the pulse of a star - what that pulse is, is the very nature of Awareness moving into the Black expressing as Light. Moving into the Black expressing as Light. That rhythm is the profound rhythm of the entire cosmos in expression. Not one single being or creature in the universe is without that pulse.

The Universal Pulse Are you alive? Let’s see ? Anybody dead? You need to make sure you're alive..What is that pulse ? That pulse isn't the pulse of your body, that's your pulse of light.

If you looked at a star, you will see that the light isn't constant. It is pulsing. Light comes from blackness, then light come out of the blackness and pulses, disappears into the blackness. Expression! No expression! Expression… no expression…

The stars also have deep dreamless sleep. So the stars when they pulse..their pulse is an expression, the light is an expression is an expression of the Deep that that star-being is present in .

So even a star has deep dreamless sleep. But when a star goes in and when a star gives expression it is at a speed that you cannot comprehend. Your possibility to move at the speed of Being true as Awareness is very much the same . If a star turned its Awareness to looking in a direction of the past it would fall out of the sky. It would probably come into human form to start all over again: " OMG I took a thought and I fell out of the sky of my own Awareness!” When you don't take a thought you shine in the heavens. When you don't look in the past to know how to move in the Present, you shine as a star... When you move as Awareness having form, you are the form of Awareness shining in the heavens , moving as a Human expression.

Now let’s come right home to our every day life. Understand that the pulse in your heart and in your veins is the moment you come into existence. You come into existence, you transcend it and you come back. In the same moment! You both exist and you are beyond existence in the same moment. That is the pulse.

It seems like you exist right now. It seems like you exist and your forms of existence, if you look, they all exist in your past , they don't exist in your presence. They only exist in your past. That's why you can think about all your past history and all your past experiences- positive or negative – you can think about those but you can't think about the Present moment. You can't think about You Being presence - Being the Presence of your Real Self you are free of all past experience and history. You are Freedom Itself. Awareness free of identification with ANY form .

So stars fall into the black and then express as light - what they fell into.. They fall into the Black and then they express the Black as Light . Stars don't fall into the Black and then express history once again. They express what the Deep is: pure ,real Light . You have the same opportunity!

Your pulse has nothing do with your past, with your history or any level of your self . Your pulse has nothing to do with that - it is not bothered with your past. Your pulse is only pulsing your True Self- not any form of identity ..it is pure .

There was one man - his name was Jesus and he said: “Take no thought “ and he also said “Tarry not in the past...which means ..Don't go into the past…
