No matter how strongly the wind blows, it cannot crush grains and turn them into flour. Nevertheless, the wind has great strength, which is valuable for the task of producing flour. And so the windmill, with its mechanics and the grinding stones inside it, takes on the task of grinding the grains. However, this process is only successful if the two work together: The wind drives the mill and the mill grinds the grains into flour thanks to the wind power. It is a good example of how each part on its own - the wind and the mill - would be capable of accomplishing the task in the plant: the wind has the power, the mill has the technology - but they are still not able to accomplish the task on their own. But they can work together. So I wish you the courage to bring your abilities and potential into your environment in co-operation with others - and to experience how successful and profitable this can be.
I wish you an extraordinary day!
