During my studies we played the game Tetris on our pocket calculators, which were quite new programmable at that time and had a multiline display. It works like this: differently shaped pieces fall down from the top of the screen. As a player, you have to turn and push them while they fall so that they fit into gaps at the bottom. If you manage and a level is continuously occupied from right to left with such particles, the row dissolves and creates space for new pieces. If this does not succeed, the pieces pile up and when the top of the screen is reached, the game is over. In our daily lives, a lot of things fall into place, too. Information, feedback, praise, criticism, worries, fears, etc.. If we can't categorize them well, they grow quickly and we are emotionally and mentally overwhelmed - game over it can be. Do you take enough time for this processing so that there is room for something new? Retreat, silence, a good conversation or prayer can help you.
I wish you an extraordinary day!
