Many people say they don't dream. I myself dream a lot and regularly, ever since I was a child. Sometimes I wake up really refreshed because I had good dreams and sometimes I wake up really knocked out because my dreams were stressful. Sometimes these episodes of the podcast originate in dreams, and sometimes there are nights when I dream, but in the morning what I dreamed is forgotten like the fog. Dreams - according to the common interpretation - are the processing of experiences. I think so too. But not only. Dreams are a world that is as real as the physical world that we consciously perceive. For me, dreams belong to the realm of spiritual reality - which we also live in, although less consciously and less aware than previous generations. Why don't you pay attention to your dreams, write them down and maybe they will even give you messages for the day ahead.
