Your toes are essentially responsible for keeping you balanced, standing and walking well. The big toe is the most important of all. When it is in contact with the ground, it signals to the body that you are balanced. When your foot leaves the ground, it assists in cushioning. Of course, I don't always think about it when I'm walking or standing. But for the fact that my toes provide me with so much mobility, I don't value them enough. You often only notice this when something is no longer working - a broken toe, for example, can severely impair mobility. I think our mind does a comparable job. It keeps our soul happy and if we don't take care of it and nourish it, we don't feel well. It also keeps us in balance internally. Therefore, it is not for nothing that we say: a healthy mind in a healthy body. Do you take care of your spirit and nourish it? Do you even know it and its needs?
I wish you an extraordinary day!
