In today's episode, Abby and Margot discuss what happens when anxiety teams up with other big emotions which can often lead to feeling overwhelmed and swirly. The life of an Anxiety Warrior is exhausting as it is. When mixed with more than one emotion it often adds to the layers of anxiety that are already felt. They share stories related to experiencing at least two dominating emotions, how they managed to handle it, and explore how it did or did not change their behavior going forward. The Warriors discuss what it's like to navigate a mix of feelings, and reveal how they practice labeling, grounding, and curious and compassionate communication with themselves and others.
