In today's episode, Abby and Margot welcome their next guest; Lauren Chaitoff. Lauren is the founder and owner of Yogi Beans, an innovative kids yoga company. Lauren shares her anxiety journey which began in childhood, and followed her into adulthood. She discusses some of the ways that anxiety shows(ed) up such as having fear based thoughts, sleep struggles, hypochondria, and in daily life moments such as driving distances on highways. Lauren generously shares insight into postpartum anxiety, and how shifts in weather and seasons impacts her. The Warriors learn about some of the useful tools and strategies that have helped soothe her anxiety such as yoga, therapy, books, music, nature, and breathing practices. Lauren's powerful reflections and supportive tips are relatable and told with positivity and self compassion. A blast was had in lightning round, as always, and Lauren shares a wonderful win of the week!
