Jessica is a certified yoga teacher, founder and owner of Jem Yoga NYC and Host of The Kids Yoga Podcast. A life long empath, Jessica shares her fascinating anxiety journey and how her high sensitivity has shaped her into the educator, mother, and woman that she is. Jessica talks about noticing feelings of depression and anxiety in her youth, and the ways in which it continued to show up into adulthood while navigating a variety of changes and challenges such as during pregnancy and early motherhood. She openly speaks about how finding therapy, and community has been instrumental in giving her experiences voice and validation. We learn about some incredible coping strategies, and Jessica generously highlights so many valuable insights into the world of being a true empath. She reminds the Warriors what a super power that truly is with her warm and compassionate presence.
