In today's very special episode, Abby and Margot welcome not one but TWO incredible guests to the podcast! Mother and daughter, Kelly and Bailey Winkler. This mother/daughter duo had a lot in common growing up with anxiety, but very different experiences in learning about their struggles and how to cope with them. They share fascinating stories about their childhoods, especially surrounding how their families and schools supported (or didn't support) their anxiety. These Warriors detail the differences in how the same school (20 years apart) had changed. The most impactful change being in their ability to not only advocate, but provide and recommend support services to help with all things mental health. Kelly and Bailey generously speak about the many ways they've grown to accept, learn from, and cope with their anxiety through exposure therapy, yoga, deep breathing and so much more.

Kelly is a certified yoga teacher for children, teacher trainer, and host of Mindful Moments for Families and Schools; a podcast aiming to support parents/educators bringing yoga to children. Bailey is a recent high school graduate with plans to pursue a career in psychology.
