What advice would you give yourself 10 years ago?

If I can go back in time, I would give some love, encouragement and words of wisdom to my 20 year old self.

The one thing that I'd tell her is that I am PROUD of her.

The love letter project is a series for Healing Black women.

The encourage self compassion, self care and eventually, self love.

These sessions are a solo part of my "Love, Black Women" Series centered around Black women sharing their stories and writing Love Letters to Black women.
