With Spring in the air and with some days even warmer than that, Josh and Dad are thinking Spring Cocktails. Dad brings the Miami Vice; A frozen concoction of half Pina Colada and half Strawberry Daiquiri. Josh as always thinks outside the box. He has a Peach mint Pisco Sour. Josh's recipe is 2 oz. Pisco, 1 oz lime juice, 3/4 oz peach syrup, with muddled mint leaves and an egg white. Do a dry shake followed by a wet shake and double strain into a coop glass.
