-  ** Wake up on time without snoozing.** We Talk about the 5-second rule by Mel Robbins, where you count backwards from 5 to 1 and get up and out of bed  when the alarm goes off.

- Practice gratitude. We discuss  the importance of thinking about something positive or something that you are grateful for  when you wake up.

- Journal in the Morning. We share  the advice of guest  Danny Denovo  who asked us to  write about all the things that are going right in your life.
