Sometimes anxiety can threaten to overwhelm is, right sweet high achiever?  Using your senses is a tool that is always available to you, no matter what situation you’re in.  And this tool, can help you to calm your anxiety quickly.  In this episode, I’ll share some specific examples of ways that you can use your senses to calm yourself and your anxiety.
