Sweet high achieving soul,

In this episode, we continue our series on overwhelm.  BUT - before we do that - please sign up to join my FREE Chaos to Calm 90 Minute Small Group Coaching Program).  The program will take place Monday November 11, 2024 9:00 AM EST/8:00 AM CST.  I can’t wait to see you there!

This is hard work, sweet soul, and I’m SO proud of you for sticking with it and doing the work!

Make sure you’ve listened to episodes 96), 97), 98), 99), 101), 102), and 103).

In this episode we’re going to work through discomfort and resistance.  I know you’re no stranger to these sensations, because you ARE a high achiever.  But, sometimes we are more willing to work through discomfort and resistance in some areas than in others.  That’s why you are at the point where you know you have habits you want to build that DO serve you.

Overwhelm can be hard for anyone, but if you’re a high achiever, it can be extra-hard.  But don’t worry, because I’ll continue to help you with the next steps in getting through that overwhelm.

I’m excited to dive in and share this strategy with you so that you can be on your way to finding relief from overwhelm, sweet soul.

Wishing you freedom to live the life you want, despite anxiety,

Katy
