Thank you for joining me to celebrate 100 episodes of the Hi I’m Anxious podcast!  

 

I’m here because of you, and am so grateful you’re joining me on this journey to free ourselves of the anxiety that holds us back from living the lives we want to live.

 

Sweet high achiever, to celebrate, in this episode I share my 3 favorite lessons I’ve learned in creating, and producing 100 episodes of the podcast in the last 2 years.  These lessons are SO relevant to those of us who are high achievers that struggle with anxiety, so I’m sharing them with you so that you can benefit from them just like I have.
