Dr. Colleen E.  Dr. Carney  is an Associate Professor and Director of the Sleep and Depression Laboratory at Ryerson University in Toronto, Canada. She is one of Canada’s leading experts in psychological treatments for insomnia, particularly in the context of co-occurring health issues using Cognitive Behavior Therapy.
