This was part of Saturday afternoon’s livestream hosted by Ava Cho, who founded the local Busking for Change to connect musicians and to raise money for broader causes. If you’d like to donate: BFC has raised money for various organizations such as Lachat Town Farm, Christine’s Critters, and The ALS Foundation by playing music in front of shops, restaurants, and other public facilities (visit: http://www.buskingforchange.org for more information). Given the current situation our community is in, musicians will be performing on YouTube in lieu of performing in public. Busking for Change has decided that all proceeds will go to St. Jude. St. Jude Research Hospital helps advance cures, and means of prevention, for pediatric diseases through research and treatment (visit https://www.stjude.org for more information).
