Everybody seems to be over New Year's Resolutions and I understand why! The way that we have typically gone about them sets us up for failure. The kicker is, one of the very best ways to relieve stress is to finally get something into your life that you really want. Think about it: What would your life look like, how would you feel if you were actually doing the things and becoming the things that you wanted to be, do, have and experience? But it's so hard! And it feels so bad when we fail time and time again!
