Welcome to this sleep meditation for deep relaxation, to sleep fast quickly. So please listen in bed, relax, enjoy the sound of my voice and you will soon fall fast asleep. So let's begin. Lie down and make yourself comfortable. Close your eyes and rest your hands by your side.

Let's start by focusing on your breath. Take a deep breath in through your nose, filling your lungs with air, and then slowly exhale through your mouth. Take a long, slow, deep breath. Fill your lungs with air, and then slowly exhale. Breathe in deeply and slowly. Feel the emotions

and thoughts of the day. Exhale with your breath and float into the past where they belong. All the stress gently goes as you feel your breath rise and fall gracefully, naturally steady, calm and fluid. Take a deep breath and inhale to the count of four seconds, hold for a second

and then slowly release for the count of five. I'll do it with you twice. Inhale, three, hold for a second, and then relax out, two, three, four, and take another deep breath in, one, two, three, four. Hold for a second, and relax out for one, three, five,

Remember to take your time and allow yourself to fully relax. You deserve this moment of peace and tranquility. As your mind falls into synchronization with your breath, become aware of every inch of your body. Notice any tension and just relax it. Begin to scan your body.

as you carry on with your deep breathing. I want you to start at your toes and work your way up, tensing and then gently releasing each part of the body as you move upwards. Squeeze the muscles in your toes and thighs and then relax and release them. Squeeze the muscles in your pelvis and hip area

tense and relax. Squeeze the muscles in your stomach, tense and relax. Move this feeling up into your upper chest, shoulders and back, tense and then relax. And then tense your arms and fingers, tense and then relax. This relaxation feeling moves up into your neck and upper back and tense

and relax, and now the feeling moves into your face, and then you tense your face, and then relax, with the tiny muscles around your eyes, completely smoothing out any lines in your forehead, becoming smooth and relaxed, you connect with every inch of your body, as you cultivate a deep inner stillness and comfort,

and you feel yourself relaxing more into the bed. Your back and neck and shoulders just drop and you feel like you are sinking into this relaxing bed. Your back, shoulders and neck just feel like they are sinking more and more into the bed. Becoming more comfortable for you. Becoming serenely comfortable. With all tension having left your body now,

you feel so relaxed, allow your breath to return to its natural state and form into a calm rhythm, as you simply allow your body to focus on relaxing and becoming one with your breath. Let your thoughts be, simply notice thoughts for what they are, just thoughts, nothing more, nothing less. Let them go,

Let everything go. It's time to release the day. Let it stay in the past. Step into the now and embrace your tiredness. This is your time to bring your mind and body together for pure, peaceful rest, serene rest, blissful rest. Feel how interconnected your body is.

See your mind, body and spirit merge into the tranquility of the present moment. All you have to do is be as you are. Sleep as natural as eating. Something you can do seamlessly, without effort. You're about to unknowingly fall asleep. You're going to enter deep restful sleep. There is nothing to do.

nothing to say, nothing to consider, just let nature carry you effortlessly into the realm of sleep. You have done your best for today, you have earned this rest, you deserve this rest, you deserve this rest, you deserve to be at peace. You will wake up tomorrow,

happy, positive and ready to take on the new day. And now you feel yourself moving deeper and deeper into peaceful calm, deeper than you thought possible. Expand your awareness and see the inner space of your consciousness or acknowledge your mind's eye. What you see when your eyes are closed, acknowledge this

that is yet to be explored. You've rested your body, and now it is time to rest your mind, because here you will find peace. So let's walk through the open door into the first stage of sleep. It's a place you have been thousands of times before, without even realising it.

you've relaxed peacefully before and you can relax peacefully again. You can even imagine a time that you were so relaxed in that peace that you fell asleep. You could have done this on a vacation, a holiday, a time when you felt so happy and relaxed. And because you have done that before, you can visualize that now in your mind's eye and do it again

This is the gateway to your dreamworld, a place of total release, relaxation and inner peace. No stress, anxiety, fear or tension lives here, only peace and tranquility, calmness and happiness. They live here, they are abound here, and you embrace these feelings and wrap yourself up in a blanket,

made of these feelings and positivity. You could imagine that blanket covering you now, the calmness, the peacefulness, the happiness, all that energy makes this blanket and it covers you now and you absorb it all into your body and you feel so at peace, you feel so amazing. No thoughts can affect you that are negative.

No emotions can torment you here. You are in a safe place. This is a most perfect place of absolute serenity. You'll feel calm like an ocean of tranquility. And this place you can access anytime you like. You can close your eyes and take yourself here. Because if you've been here before, you can be here again.

If you are struggling to sleep, you have the power to make the decisions you want to, and you want to make the decisions which are going to benefit you in the long term. And you have that agency now to grab, accept peace and tranquility when you need it. And you won't be frightened anymore to accept this,

and you will not allow yourself to be in a place of insomnia or stress. You will accept this peace and start this process when you need to. In this beautiful place now, in your mind's eye, just let yourself drift away like a stick floating in a stream. You go with it. That's good. You become like the water.

you become like the oasis of calm, you don't fight the current, you let it carry you forth to the goodness of deep, refreshing sleep, you trust your unconsciousness to lead you to this place, unconsciousness is sometimes a word we use that is the same as the subconscious, so you're letting your deep,

to lead you to this relaxing place, where you let go of the day and allow yourself to move into total peace, as we've all been there when we've been thinking about the next day, and when we wake up we realize there was nothing to worry about, and there's nothing to worry you now, as you lose yourself in this most beautiful moment, as the day turns to night, as the moon

puts the sun to bed, slip away into the blissful of dreams, as your head melts into the pillow, feel that soft wave of calm wash over your body and caress your mind, let your consciousness enter the distance as you allow your body to sink deep, deeper, deeper, see the horizon of sleep before you,

and drift, drift, drift into its sanctuary. Now imagine yourself in a peaceful and serene environment. Maybe you're on a beach, in a forest, or sitting by a calm lake. This could be a place you've been before, or a new place. But this place is built just for you. And visualize the sights,

sounds, smells of this environment and allow yourself to fully immerse in this peaceful setting as you continue to drift deeper into the sanctuary of sleep. Feel the weight of the day lifting off your shoulders, dissolving into the peaceful embrace of the night. Let go of any lingering tension or worries.

allowing them to dissolve like wisps of smoke into the gentle breeze. As you've been in your mind's eye, you have noticed your mind has become more tranquil, and because of this your body has responded, surrendering to the comforting sensation of relaxation. Feel the gentle rhythm of your breath, nutting you into a state of profound serenity.

With each inhale and exhale, you create space within yourself for tranquility to blossom. In this sacred space of stillness, you are free to let go of the need to control life's embrace. The present moment fully allowing it to envelop you in its soothing embrace.
