#26 Welcome to my monologue on a topic I’m incredibly passionate about. In this episode we look at the question ‘when does a ‘healthy habit’ become unhealthy for you’. We chat about taking wellness too far and also becoming obsessive with food, exercise, meditation, etc. Then we turn to thinking about how we’re conditioned to see certain habits as ‘good’ and certain habits as ‘bad’, without asking ourselves what it is that we need. Finally, I share some personal tips on how to navigate finding healthy balance and avoid going too far.
