#35 Today we’re talking habits, more specifically the habits which make us feel GOOD. Prepare for a play-by-play of my morning routine which includes several of my foundational habits: hydration, journalling, mediation, oat-milk coffee, podcasting, working out, delicious breakfast, etc. We then get into a whole host of other habits - a combo of habits I love and habits listeners sent in - including reading, limiting screen time, walking places, fresh air, tidy spaces and getting admin done.
