#46 The time has come for an episode on balance!! In the intro I go through some essentials I’m bringing with me on my trip to Bali (we get granular here). I then chat about how balance looks different for everyone and you have to find what works for you personally (given your circumstances, preferences, etc). I share some ways I’ve found a sense of balance over the past few years. We also get into balance on holiday when it comes to food, exercise & more, and I explain my approach. To wrap up, I talk through how rethinking what it means to be ‘off track’ can lead to a mindset shift which gives us permission to enjoy things in life without guilt.
