I chat through the tendency to link our self-worth to how productive we are and I share my experience with this. We also talk about feeling guilty for resting, the importance of self-confidence, and the fear that if we slow down we won’t achieve as much. In the second half of the episode, I discuss tips for anyone who finds themselves procrastinating and wants to be more productive so that they can carve out time for themselves.
