#50 This episode is a deep dive on one of my favorite topics…morning routines!! In the intro I chat through a question I got from a listener around balancing doing things to ‘better’ ourselves vs doing things for pure enjoyment. Getting into the bulk of the episode, I first explain why I think morning routines can be such a powerful tool to help us feel better throughout the day. Then, I chat through some misconceptions about morning routines. We touch on the importance of being flexible, making your mornings FUN so your routine is sustainable, tailoring your routine to your individual needs & preferences, and being super intentional about how you spend time in the mornings.
