#64 As you may have guessed from the title, in this episode we talk about introvert and extravert characteristics. We chat through why it’s so important to embrace our uniqueness and not compare ourselves with others. I also share where I think I fall on the introvert/extravert scale and why. Some of the characteristics we discuss are being a natural listener, enjoying alone time, avoiding conflict, considering things carefully, creativity, trying new things, being impulsive, talking through problems and making new friends.
