I'm so happy. Everything is great. Nothing could be better. Really? Or, are you just blowing happiness smoke up your ass just to make yourself feel better and to make other believe that your life is filled with happiness, happiness, happiness.

Don't get me wrong, if you're happy, you're happy. BRAVO. But, most men, in fact, most people stake their claim on false happiness and then wonder why they are miserable, stressed, dealing with chronic pain, and actin like an asshole. So let's break that happiness bullshit down today, and get it back on the right track and get real with yourself about what real happiness means. This podcast is all about asking the right happiness questions to make it really work for you. Because if it isn't working for you and you're not enjoying it, then you need to change it and get happy!
