For more, head over to: www.franexcell.com/)As I sit here tying up all the loose ends before the festive period I wanted to hop into your inbox with a little message from me to you. Think of it as my version of the queen's speech...yep...just called myself a queen...if the crown fits! ;-) My heart goes out to all the people who are feeling lonely this festive period due to the recent announcements around Covid.  And to those who were lonely regardless! It also goes out to those who are struggling to get ANY alone time and feeling like they want to scream. It goes out to the people struggling with their relationships and family life. And those who are revelling in the peace and quiet and feel they can't talk about it. It goes out to the confused kids. The frazzled adults. Whoever, and wherever you are my heart goes out to you. You've done SO well this year, even if it may not feel like it right now. I mean... WOW, what a year! Unprecedented amounts of trauma (personal and societal), heart ache, confusion, change and uncertainty on a global scale! But also...joy, stillness, acceptance, gratitude and togetherness. There's SO much more! But my point is, it's really really easy to focus on the bad, particularly when that's what most people talk about online.  We're wired that way through negativity bias too.   So many emotions! It's also, completely understandable in a year like 2020! This weeks content on The Positive Pants Podcast is good timing hopefully: Hang in there, you're doing so great!) So for me, it's about acceptance of the bad.  Allowing all the feels, being curious of them.  And embracing of the good.   This is a year we'll never forget. We'll be feeling the repurcussions for years to come.   2021 can be a time for positive change.   But it can also be about slowing down, resting, tuning into yourself and your body. So don't rush into those New Years resolutions.  90% of people give up by February anyway and use it as a way to beat themselves up even more....but you won't do that will you ;-) Let's do things differently this year. Less focus on the DO.   More focus on the BE and HAVE! Who do you want to BE? How do you want to show up for yourself, the people you love, your clients? What do you want to HAVE in your life?   How can you get it?   I'm not talking just the material things like 'I want a new car' or 'I want 10 high ticket clients' I'm talking about 'I want to have more fun' or 'I want to have more connection' or 'I want to have more energy'.   The things that REALLY matter. What do you truly, truly want, deep down in your soul.   For you.   Not muddied by other peoples opinions or society, or anything you're telling yourself about what you can and can't have. What do you want? The action is an important piece of the puzzle of course.  But that comes too when you focus on who you're BEING.   We have the power to change the game.  It's up to us.   So I hope you're wrapping up for Christmas now (see what I did there?!) I hope you have a break.  Rest.  Replenish.   Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year.  I'll see you on the flip side! Lots of Love, Fx
