A disturbing pattern that is emerging in big cities, especially in New York City, is that there has been sharp rise in crimes involving teenagers. And according to the NYPD, the most concerning stat is that the number individuals that are eighteen or younger that were either the victim of a shooting or the perpetrator has risen.
