We can do hard things. Of course we can. But just because we can, doesn’t always mean that we want to, or ever actually do those things. Mental and physical challenges are popular amongst so many groups of people, but is there any utility in pushing yourself to an extreme? Hard times may make us stronger, but we can build strength without a struggle, too. One thing is for sure: one of the best ways to build confidence in yourself and your abilities is to do something difficult, and prove to yourself that you can do whatever you set your mind to.
